  1. It was a predictable progression after the Ukrainians sent terrorists to Kursk who killed civilians and injured children. It was obvious that Russia's war on civilians would intensify as a result.
  2. Nearly 40% of registered voters who are union members are in the Republican Party. Union members love Trump, because they know he stands for the forgotten working man. This is why the top Union leader, Sean O'Brien, spoke at the republican convention. All Kamala Harris specialised in is putting the working man behind bars. Often unjustly.
  3. Yes, Wise is an excellent choice. If you want a Wise bank card you'd need an address in one of the approved countries, I don't think they send it to Thailand. Not sure what bank account requirements Norway has for pensions, but subject to that there are a lot of solvent and highly protected German banks that have excellent internet banking and with whom you can easily open accounts.
  4. Of course not, but all parties have differing platforms by definition. When parties from the outset deny even the possibility of entering into meetings any form of compromise is made impossible from the outset. This kind of behaviour should be penalised. If the voters counted on the AfD getting an absoulte majority then and only then they have a grievance? Come on. The point is moot in the UK because in May 2011, there was a UK-wide referendum on whether to bring in an alternative voting (AV) system instead of first-past-the-post. It was known as the AV referendum. However, nearly 68 percent were against introducing AV. So the Brits want FPTP and decided to keep it.
  5. This is it, with Insta, facebook, dating sites, the attractive young Thai girl now has a plethora of options. One is indeed Only fans. I did meet one of those girls, she did unspeakable things on Only fans.
  6. That's the whole point, she made that connection herself to evoke that stereotype of the Jamaican weed smoker. This is what her father was so upset about. I'm not upsest about it all, it's just you were going on about how this stereotype did not exist in America. I've shown you, with link, how Kamala Harris tried to evoke that stereotype. I've posted a scholarly master thesis about the subject of Jamaican stereotypes in US media. I trust you will now apologise and admit you are wrong, as Democrats normally do at this stage?
  7. I wouldn't worry about it, she's a Filipina, it's unlikely what she's told you of her friends is the gospel truth.
  8. She herself made the connection. As did her Jamaican father. I don't see how you can argue otherwise. She did present herself as culturally Jamaican. "Kamala Harris made headlines last week when she joked in a radio interview that of course she smoked marijuana in her younger years: “Half my family’s from Jamaica. Are you kidding me?”" https://www.politico.com/story/2019/02/20/kamala-harris-father-pot-1176805 Luke Cage not being a documentary is the whole point of course, it shows how Jamaican's are portrayed in mainstream media culture in the US.
  9. From the American series "Luke Cage": "Mariah tells Bushmaster that all Jamaica is known for is “Marley, marijuana and murder.” These stereotypes are obvious throughout the show. Jamaicans are referred to as “ganja smoking blacks,” https://scholarworks.utep.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=3891&context=open_etd
  10. It's not of any marxist scholar, just Ms Harris father, he's a very impressive individual. No, that stereotype also exists in America, I think you're quite wrong.
  11. Oooooh, are you attacking the father of Kamala Harris? That's a very bad idea. He's not one to mess about, I hear he's a Marxist scholar of great repute. Indeed Harris did employ the stereotype of the weed smoking Jamaican, to give herself some much needed street cred, but it backfired badly.
  12. I don't see what it has to do with her father being offended at a racial stereotype, that he's a marxist. You democrats are really obsessed with Marxism.
  13. Because someone had claimed before that this price fixing idea was a "progressive" measure. In fact the reactionary forces of the French revolution already tried it over 200 years ago, with little successs. Most likely she's not given specifics on her plan because she saw the reviews by economists who were universally deriding her understanding of economics, ie to save herself embarassment. After all she just parrots what she's told.
  14. What Kamala is proposing, a law to fix prices and prevent price gouging has already been tried before. "The Law of the General Maximum (French: Loi du Maximum général) was instituted during the French Revolution on 29 September 1793, setting price limits and punishing price gouging to attempt to ensure the continued supply of food to the French capital. In many ways, the law actually exacerbated the problem, as the new price setting led to many food producers lowering their production or halting altogether, while many of those who continued to produce held onto their inventories, rather than sell at the legal price, which was often below the cost of production. This led to continued food shortages and recurring famines throughout the country." The law was written with an eye towards preventing business practices like price gouging and rent seeking, but in practice, the law targeted local shopkeepers, butchers, bakers and farmers, who were already feeling the effects of the economic downturn like other citizens. The General Maximum's economic impact was largely negative, as its efforts at price control led to an overall decrease in food supply and prolonged famines in parts of the country. The law amplified parts of the problem it was trying to solve. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_Maximum
  15. AfD was initially founded as a liberal conservative party of the middle class,[156] with a tendency toward soft Euroscepticism,[157] being supportive of Germany's membership in the European Union but critical of further European integration, the existence of the euro currency and the bailouts by the Eurozone for countries such as Greece.[158] At that time, the party also advocated support for Swiss-style semi-direct democracy, major reforms to the Eurozone, opposition to immigration, and opposed same-sex marriage. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alternative_for_Germany
  16. Only those in charge of monetary policy can fix inflation. I remember Trump once taking the Fed to task when he thought they were being too catious. I doubt Harris would ever do that.
  17. No, but obviously more impartial. Dozens of potential jurors have been ruled out of Donald Trump's unprecedented criminal trial in New York on impartiality grounds. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-68671733 This was a political trial, how any juror could purport to be impartial is a mystery.
  18. He never should have paid her, I quite agree. He shouldn't have comitted adultery. Nobobdy's perfect though. And to call issuing a pay slip labelled "legal expense" a "felony", makes a mockery of the term.
  19. I book flights direct only. if there is an issue the airline will direct you back to the booking site potentially, which is not great. Same when you book a hotel with agoda say, you can't then amend the booking once you are in the hotel sometimes, but if you booked direct you can.
  20. You should tell Kamala to have a look at how the French monarchy tried to fix the price for bread before the revolution and what kind of rip-roaring success they had. Anyone who thinks they can fix inflation with price fixing belongs in the economics remedial class.
  21. In as much as paying your lawyer, issuing him with a payslip that says "legal expenses" is a felony. Nobody can take that seriously.
  22. Lol, the Mirai was just like a Nokia phone of the first generation, a first try. Obviously the future hydrogen cars will be far better. It has been very useful actually the Mirai showed what issues could arise with the hydrogen car. You can see from this that it flatly denies your argument that the drive for the hydrogen car is just a "disinformation" campaign. Toyota has for a long time been involved in researching and developing hydrogen cars. They actually began in 1992, long before EVs were a real thing. So clearly their development of hydrogen cars is in no way "because they missed the boat" with EVs. That in fact, is "disinformation".
  23. So because he would have betrayed Joe Biden. Like the Democrat party did recently.
  24. That's of course complete nonsense. Toyota is not spreading "disinformation". Toyota, BMW, Hyundai, Kawasaki and Yamaha have joined forces and are investing billions in the future production of hydrogen cars. Their factories are already subsidised by the UK government. To try and pretend Toyota's drive for the hydrogen car is just a "disinformation" campaign is frankly just silly.
