Do you not have the bank phone app? My Westpac account seems pretty easy to change address and order new (Debit) card. It also has a chat function where you can ask for their email instead of fax?

I did mine on my phone a few weeks ago and was easy to download the pdf notification but I'm not sure about on PC. I did notice this pop-up saying you've ony got 7 days to search and retrieve record so you'd only have a few days left to find it

I've had the mini cod & chips at Witherspoons many times as thought it was good (and big enough meal)

I had a look but thought it was too expensive compared to others (was more like Aussie prices than Pattaya). Here's an example, even their "Friday Special" is 300 baht (and pic doesn't look great)

Not a fan as an example now to get to visa page is: (1) main menu scroll past "topics" and "popular posts" and then click Visas on popular forums (2) scroll past "topics" and "popular posts" and then click visa residency forum (3) scroll past "topics" and "popular posts" and can finally see visa threads I was looking for (4) click on thread and again scroll past "topics" and "popular posts" to read posts So 4 times having to scroll past the same topics and popular posts I never read just to be able to see the sub-forum posts I'm specifically looking for. I can understand why have on main page, but why every page?

It still doesn't make sense as you say it's vegan because it's potatoes cooked in vegetable oil, which you then say "most places will use vegetable oil for chips" so by that most places have vegan chips? I have no idea why vegan Chips is even a term. Do we also have vegan peas to go with the fish & chips 😀

As you have to show IO your e-visa paper on arrival what if you don't do that and just enter on visa exempt for the first week. Then show the e-visa on his 2nd arrival (saves 1000 baht and hassle of getting re-entry permit) (There is a thread where a guy forgot to show e-visa so was stamped in visa exempt instead)

Every time I've paid at City Hall they only ever required the mailed invoice. They don't care who's paying so don't need passport or any condo docs It's a pretty simple process. Get number, see staff who check invoice with computer and then you go to pay desks. Has only ever taken me 10 minutes max.

I have two condo. One only charges for water used in 35 baht increments. The other also adds a 40 baht per month water meter fee. Maybe it's age of condo when water meter installed. First was 2009 no fee, 2nd was 2015 they charge fee?

The Condo property tax is only for people who rent out their Condo. However to prove that you don't rent out a condo and actually live there you need to get a yellow book and show it to City Hall. I don't know how to get a yellow book so I just pay the tax but mine is 1147 baht so I'm thinking about it Edit: I'm wondering why a TM30, 90 day report and Residence Certificate wouldn't be enough proof that I live in my Condo?

I recieved mine on Tuesday. We have until August to pay I think so I wouldn't sweat it being a little late. I tried to scan the QR code to pay in my Krungsri app but says can not recognize. So I guess I'm off to City Hall again, which has always been simple and quick but just a little bit of a hassle to get there.
