Last time I was there was 4 weeks ago. It cost me 155 (I have Starbucks reward card so shows use) When were you last there and what did it cost you?

That so called "crappy" condo, which is 5 metres from the pool and is actually quite nice enough to be marketed as a luxury condo, is earning 16k baht a month for a 2.1 million condo price. Far better return than LK Legend gets

All I want to know is why Americans are so nice, quiet and respectful when at home, but need to be the loudest person in the bar when they're abroad...it's as common as the German's placing the towell on deck chair at 5 am to block the whole day? One of my best mates is from Alaska but I'm embarrassed how loud he is in bars. When he brings his Thai wife he is so quiet and respectful like I'm sure he is at home. I told him I prefer that version so only bring your Thai wife from now on 😀
