    Ouch.............didn't take me more than a couple years, but working with 15 Thai's and only a few of them speaking English threw me into the mix so yo speak. Anyone serious about learning any language needs to get immersed and out of the classroom(unless you want to learn to read/write).........I found I would be a very hungry man if I couldn't speak enough Thai to order what I wanted.     I don’t usually jump in to these conversations, but what you say intrigues me, I have delved in Stock Investments recently, not in Thailand, but when I make my move - I intend to play the SET………are you saying Stock investments are not taxable in Thailand?? I find that hard to believe, but if it is - YES!! Thanx in advance

    You need a Lawyer for these complicated transactions. I am leaving everything in Thailand to my spouse in a neighbor country………we did the will at the Scandanavian Law Office in JomTien……….When I tried to give SCB a copy, they had me make a Beneficiary page, and said the will is not valid for their bank accounts, so we changed my bank account to a joint account, that takes care of that, we both have debit cards.

    Chatuchak has a good selection of pure bred and mixed dogs for sale w/papers showing inoculations. or better yet, visit TMWRD.ORG I I donate to his foundation, they will ensure you get a good dog and already trained. Since you live in Rayong, not far from Bang Serae where his kennels are.

    RIP to the lady...........dementia for sure and possible Covid affected his sense of smell........I still have problems smelling some things, almost five years later, like I can smell coffee just fine, but not bacon cooking.

    Licorice is a Sugar management gift from heaven............natural licorice root expels sugar from the liver........but giving up sugar is only the first step, you need to reduce the carbohydrates, breads especially. BTW Australian Licorice is the best, I eat several pieces a day, my morning sticks are about 112-130. A1C was 5.7. - 4 years ago it was 11.6 - change your diet, your body will thank you for it.

    Ferel Cats don’t like being sprayed with water, it is a regular form of ‘ferel cat repellant’ turns on automatically at night when the cat comes on to the property, after awhile, it will look somewhere else to ‘hunt’ Peace
