New Thai Tax On Remittances??

How does immigration become involved as the tax collector and how do they know if immigrants/visitors have taxable income so why would they be reporting anyone to the tax office. As it works in most places and the law, the onus is on the individual to declare assessable income according to the rules to the tax office. Not doing so is in contravention of the law. Of course the tax office can reintroduce their tax clearance certificate rules with immigration border control before long stayers depart from Thailand. -

Pure supposition. Immigration already have their financial rules to support a stay in Thailand Tax is dealt with by the tax office. If they have problem with tax payers they deal with them by themselves or through the legal system, and use their own in place existing rules how to control deliquent tax payers, just as it works in many other countries. -
Nimarata Nikki Haley (née Randhawa) There is something untrustworthy and unlikeable about her. She would probably never win. From wikipedia and her time at the UN "Capital punishment resolution In October 2017, the U.S., along with 13 other nations, voted against a U.N. Human Rights Council resolution that condemned the use of capital punishment when "applied arbitrarily or in a discriminatory manner" and specifically condemned "the imposition of the death penalty as a sanction for specific forms of conduct, such as apostasy, blasphemy, adultery and consensual same-sex relations". LGBTQ rights advocates in the U.S., including the Human Rights Campaign, were critical of the vote. After the vote, a State Department spokeswoman said that the U.S. voted against the resolution "because of broader concerns with the resolution's approach in condemning the death penalty in all circumstances" and said that the U.S. "unequivocally condemns the application of the death penalty for conduct such as homosexuality, blasphemy, adultery, and apostasy. We do not consider such conduct appropriate for criminalization."[165]"

Depends on in what you placed the concrete mix (inside a formwork, on the ground etc...) Concrete placed in a formwork would be the most accurate. Concrete placed on/in ground excavations have wide margins for consuming excess concrete and wastage. How was the order volume estimated and were allowances made for wastage? Concrete has an estimated wet mass of about 2600 kg/m³ and generally for concrete placed in forms a waste factor is about 1% extra but if placed on/in ground the wastage could go upto 5% For eg Apparent concrete shortages are sometimes caused for the following reasons: Miscalculations of form volume or slab thickness when actual dimensions exceed the assumed dimensions by a fraction of an inch. For example, a 1/8 inch (3-mm) error in a 4 inch (100-mm) slab would mean a shortage of 3 percent or 1 yd3 in a 32-yd3 (1-m3 in a 32-m3) order. Deflection or distortion of the forms resulting from pressure exerted by the concrete. Irregular subgrade, placement over granular fill, and settlement of subgrade prior to placement. Over the course of a large job, the small amounts of concrete returned each day or used in mud sills or incidental footings. Follow These Rules to Avoid Under-Yield Measure volume needed accurately. Reevaluate required volume towards the end of the pour and inform the concrete producer. Estimate waste and potential increased thickness – order more than required by at least 4 to 10 percent. To check yield use the ASTM C 138 unit weight test method on three samples from three different loads – yield is the total batch weight divided by the average unit weight or density
