XCIPTV App log in issues, help required
freeworld replied to bungalow1969's topic in Audio Visual AV
Found this info on some website, seems one needs some API codes which should have been sent in an email with the username and password? How to Setup XCIPTV When first launching XCIPTV you are prompted to enter login information for your IPTV service. As mentioned previously, this can be done with an Xtreme Codes API. This information can usually be found in a confirmation email from your provider. Enter your IPTV service login credentials and click Sign In when finished. -

Bangkok’s eastern and central bus terminals set for relocation
freeworld replied to webfact's topic in Bangkok News
A valuable piece of property, the onward march by the wealthy developers. Once Ekkamai bus terminal is vacated they will probably build another wealthy condo block or office/shopping center. Certainly going to impact all the small business economy the Ekkamai bus terminal generates in the area. -

This indicates an error code has been detected and needs to be manually reset in order to restore normal operation. To do this, simply press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds until the unit restarts itself. Once it’s restarted, check that all settings are still correct and that no additional errors have occurred.,"

Alternative could be considered. Create a new partition on the harddisk (40GB for eg) and install linux mint onto that. Be careful to install the bootloader on the new partition then it will not interfere with the win 10 bootloader. Linux grub menu at boot will default boot to linux mint and will also show the win10 OS which can be selected to boot into that when required.

Pakistani Arrested in Phuket for Using Thai ID Card

They guy is Pakistani. Key Takeaways Arab and Pakistani are terms used to describe people from different parts of the world. Arab refers to people from the Arabian Peninsula or surrounding regions, while Pakistani refers to people from Pakistan. Arabs and Pakistanis have different cultures, languages, and customs, and no one-size-fits-all description can accurately describe all individuals from these regions. -
Some comments. Generally solid construction. The foundation seems well founded on driven RC piles and tied together with RC tie beams/floor slab. The soil looks clayey which could be susceptible to wetting and drying expansion and contraction. Some masonry joints not overlapped for tying masonry together. Metal roof is large surface exposed to heating and cooling and probably fixed to top of columns and has potential for expansion and contraction causing some stress and strain at the top of columns. Cracks seen are mainly minor in the rendering or just separation at concrete/masonry due to shrinkage, temp variations and material (fine sand/cement for rendering) 1) The joints between masonry concrete column where cracked appears - prepare the joint from ceiling to floor and fill with a flexible mastic sealant then paint over with an acrylic/latex wall paint. 2) Other small cracks in the rendering - prepare crack and fill with flex sealant, apply mesh tape over the crack and then apply a acrylic/latex type wall paint.

Are the cracks in the structural framework or in the non structural areas such as fill in masonry. Structures on piles usually settle during the construction of the superstucture where most of the small settlement takes place. After the house is built there may be some evenly distributed settlement but very small over time but nothing that should cause big cracks. What are the ground conditions and how deep are the piles (were they driven or cast insitu) is there a below ground water table rising and falling causing expansion and contraction of the soil? Is the house supported on the structural elements ie. piles then on pad foundations with tie beams and the floor slab supported off those ground beams? You need to determine the cause of the cracking and then it can be determined how they can be treated.
