    So you wish more corruption, more "agent extensions, etc and perpetuate the current manure. I'd rather suggest that they generalise the two steps approval for all extensions and implement random retroactive audits. If they don't have the human resource to do so they could introduce biennial extensions, but for the good boys only.

    Why daily? Listen to you body to determine how often and how much you exercise. As we age recovery takes more time and to avoid damage you shouldn't feel any time when you start a session. Also Thailand is obnoxiously hot, so any amount of outdoor exercise will can affect us negatively. Get a smart watch with ECG and look for arythmias.

    I disagree only on one point, I reckon that the trial was handled masterly, thanks to Madame Pelicot in the largest part. She is an amazing Lady.
