    What about all those house developpers in Hin Lek Fai- Hua Hin who are totally irresponsable and encourage over watering of private lawns or do not attend to leaks in the underground water pipes within their developpments that have leaks and waste ? Authorities must impose sanctions and fines to such developpers who are openly neglecting their duties and wasting precious water.

    Golden rule in Thailand if you are a foreigner, always bargain and offer a price that is half of what the chap in charging - no matter if Thai or a foreign provider/seller/merchant etc...

    Amazing how many are that self-conscious on the financial status. If one needs money to establish one's respect in society, it becomes a failure in itself. Low self esteem pushes people to think they are superiour just due to a big exchange rate. If anybody is that rich, he would not be playing around in Thailand in the first place, acting as Mr Big Bucks. Wake up gentlemen.

    Regarding a different approach on waste, why is nothing being dont for all those wasting water to spray all over their gardens and lawns, mainly in popular retiree towns like Hua Hin or Pattaya ?

    The first rule to be aware as a foreigner on any vehicle in Thailand, is that in case of any incident, it's always the fault of the foreigner. Unless of course a few THB bills are shelled out to compensate.

    For their kind information, crime is becomming a real plague in Sin City and all the year around.

    Avoid those run by foreigners...as in Thailand once you live here, you will see that often it is better to avoid the foreigners who have businesses. Of course not all, of course not...but many.

    These issues involving foreigners are increacing ever since cannabis became legal. Not to mention the other harsher drugs available in the black market!! (no puns). Allowing the free sale of cannabis has attracted all the junkies from the west to Thailand.

    Most of the popular pool villa developpments in tourist towns like Hua Hin do not seem to follow any rules or register their rentals.,

    The best thing Britain has done since WW2 was to leave the corrupt Europen union and it's corrupt parliament with top level members arrested in many bribery scandals like the Qatargate.

    How does one open the door if there is a power cut of if the backup battrey is dead ? Not to mention all the risks of getting hacked, Stick to the good ole door with a good key and mainly a good lock cylinder like a Zeiss or another foreign lock brand.

    What next ? Start looking at other more foreigner friendly countries all over Asia or even India, why not.

    Well in that case we will spend our money on other platforms then lazada or shopee and get it shipped via private delivery courriers tax free and free shipping all on COD of course.

    Just smelling the burning leaves and plastic all over Hua Hin around Hin Lek Fai, can make people sick on holiday.,

    Another jealous boyfriend or ex husband ? Better watch one's it if the dating gets to regular with the new lady.

    Be prepared to get seperated of all your cash as depending in which mall you pick her up, she may not be satisfied with lunch at the food court. Always quite sad to see the farang getting tricked in the "you so hansum" mantra..

    Yes,. harass the retirees comming in with 2 screwdrivers but don't harass the drud dealers and their brown enveloppes.

    Great idea now there will be even more broke falangs on the streets unable to pay for their hotel bill.

    Would a 1000 THB bill "forgotten" in page 5 of the passport, put a 10 year stamp on visa exempt ? 🤣

    Invite the german girlies at your villa and play a threesome game of poker. But I agree that some house developpments in Hin Lek Fai just rent to any scumbags as long as the money comes in.

    Well done. These are the tourists that they should screen more strictly. But considering the money involved, many escape the radar with a chunky bribe.
