I wonder if the Dems realise that what they are doing by using lawfare to block Trump's agenda does two main things. 1. Prove that they do not accept the election result and refuse to accept the People's decision. 2. Yet again, force the GOP to respond in kind when the Dems next get a POTUS - unlikely anytime soon. The Dems really think they are fully justified in using whatever means they can to block their political opponents when they are in power after being elected by the People. Elon Musk said it last week with Joe Rogan - The Dems last shut down the Govt for 35 days in Trump's first term to stop him building the Wall to stop illegals - because illegals get licences and social certificate in Blue States and they then vote Democrat. The Dems are now shutting the Govt down again, because Trump is cancelling 100s of $Billions in funding for the medical services provided to illegals mostly in the Blue States - because that will cause many illegals to leave. Musk also said that unlike last time where the People did not know as much, this time around they know exactly why the Dems have shut down the Govt and that is why the blame is not sticking to Trump this time.

Unfortunately that then limits the issue and outcome to that Pardon for that person. I would think/hope the case is a more broader issue regarding the validity of all Pardons under Biden's name that were provided and signed by Autopen - with no clear audit trail to prove the POTUS approved each and every one of them. Something as important as a Pardon must be shown to be fully legal and compliant. Lets assume Biden was badly mentally deranged in his last few months in Office. He had been embarrassingly dumped by the DNC and Harris had lost the election very badly. The whole place would have been a mess - rumour has it he did not even attend meetings. The White House Staff and Others all knew Trump is coming for them, and so they decided to get Biden to provide Pardons for all their conspirators in the Jan 6 Committee - and for all the other 'Lawfare Activities' - and also for his Son Hunter, etc etc. However, Biden is so mentally bad that he has no idea what is going on (or is telling them to go fish) and his Wife is telling them to 'go fish'. So they decide to use the POTUS Autopen - they get Biden/Jill to verbally agree to his Son getting a Pardon - and then also add all the other names to the list. Now can they prove that happened - probably not - unless one person involved spills the beans so that they dont go to jail for 30-40 years for insurrection/treason. But what they can do is show evidence that Biden was mentally damaged, not the least being that he was determined to be unfit to be questioned by a Special Counsel over those classified documents, and he was dropped as the DNC Candidate because he was mentally lost during the first debate, and so much more is available to show he was 'damaged'. They can then use that to claim the White House Staff involved in issuing the Pardons, did not keep a strict audit trail of approval for each one. Plus they can claim the Autopen is not an acceptable form of signature to use for a Pardon - surely such an important legal document should be physically signed. It was first done in 2011 by Obama to sign an urgent Bill when he was not in the White House. That does not apply in this case - this is whether a procedure meets the Constitutional requirements of a President. What you are referring to, is in regards to someone being charged 20 years later with a crime, that was not illegal 20 years ago - cannot happen.

There are a LOT of gold diggers these days because the laws benefit them and allow it, and when they are 'caught' they are rarely if ever charged with fraud or anything else. Those things are going to change - men and good women have had enough.

I assume that is a question? After the investigation is completed by the White House and/or DOJ the matter is referred to SCOTUS for their decision as to whether the method and practice under which the pardons were issued and also the use of the Biden Autopen without his written or verbal statement, is in compliance with the Constitution. Lower Courts dont have jurisdiction to hear cases about the Constitution but perhaps there is a process that has to be undertaken through Federal Court before getting to SCOTUS?

I saw a video the other day from a long time supporter of Israel. He stated that he has been wasting his time for years trying to point out all the errors and lies and omissions of those fools who support Hamas and 'Palestine' in USA. He stated very clearly and concisely that he was wasting his time because they dont care about facts - they are all about feelings and emotions. He showed that they are all about inclusion and equity as a means of virtue signalling against an 'oppressor'. There was no logic or factual basis for the claims they made - and whenever questioned and shown the truth., they would just walk away. This was especially true of his one-one interviews with students at USA Universities - they could never defend their logic because they did not have any - and they refused to accept that facts mattered - it was all about their emotions. Same thing for the delusional people who hate Trump - they truly believe that anything they see or hear that supports their narrative, is true. There is no way to convince them otherwise - they will only change their views when they experience real life and/or change themselves. But when they do, and many do, very few of them will publicly state that they were wrong. There are some - but they are rare - most of them just go quiet and stay away from politics.

I agree - but there will be I think - once this matter goes to SCOTUS for their decision on what is a 'valid' Pardon that meets the Constitutional definition, and what processes must be done to ensure it is Valid. The most obvious issue about the Biden's Pardons is that there is absolutely no clear auditable document trail to show that we was involved and agreed to the Pardons. I would not be surprised if the SCOTUS determines that all Pardons are only Valid if signed by the POTUS with a clear auditable trail and that the actual signature is witnessed by certain White House Staff. Everything the POTUS does is recorded - there is no evidence Biden was actually directly involved with or agreed to any of those Pardons in huis last few days of Office - especially the blanket Pardons for all those involved in the BS Jan 6 Insurrection Kangaroo Court/Investigation.

I suggest that you do not ride a bike for at least 1-2 months while thing settle down in the old noggin. Likewise, do not do anything that might result in you falling or banging your head. That is a serious blow, and while you may not be clearly seriously injured, there is probably 'bruising' involved and you need to let that all settle down. If you start getting nausea or dizziness, get your butt to a hospital ASAP. If you are taking Aspirin/Warfarin then go see your DR/GP and ask about stopping it for a while - reduce chances of internal bleeding. Get a torch each morning and look into a mirror - then shine the torch into your eyes and watch if the pupils dilate and if they do so evenly. If they dont, or one does but not the other does - get your butt to a hospital. Take it very easy for a while mate.

Good point - but there is a difference. The Nixon Pardon was issued during the processes of Nixon and his Staff being investigated for Watergate. That is very different for Cheney and the others, who had not even been investigated (yet). Also, Nixon was Pardoned by Ford for a specific crime (if later convicted) - the activities associated with Watergate. Most of the Pardons issued by Biden were not for any specific crimes - they were blanket Pardons covering any and all possible crimes committed over long periods of time. Having said that - I think the Ford Pardon was also not strictly valid and should also be cancelled.

I dont think a POTUS can revoke a Pardon under the Constitution - but that has never been tested either. Maybe they will also try that approach if their attempt to invalidate the Pardons fail. Whatever happens, going forward the whole process and procedures about POTUS Pardons is going to be addressed. But it is very very clear to me that a Pardon can only be given for someone that has been convicted of a crime - and usually they are serving a sentence. A blanket 'free for all' Pardon for as yet unconvicted crimes, is extremely unlikely to be validated by SCOTUS. The exact words are - "The President... shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment."

If you automatically believe that story, you need to take a reality pill. Extremely likely that they had a fight that end up on the balcony and as a result of their fighting she fell over the rail. In fact she was once talked into 'appealing' (by a feminist bitch) against the amount of child support I was paying under our own private agreement, The Child Support Agency ruled that I was paying too much and told her in writing (and me later - I never knew about it). All BS and Conjecture - none of those statements or opinion have been tested in Court. Trumps' Admin has started the process to do just that. Regarding your last point (modern practice) - Yes the POTUS signs the document after it is prepared, after it has gone through the White House Staff and DOJ processes. BUT - all those Biden Pardons issued at the 11th hour, they have no record of any DOJ involvement - and there is no official records of White Hose Staff involvement. The whole thing stinks of corruption and there was no 'due process'. Biden had absolutely no involvement - there is no record of any verbal approval. Looks like in the rush to protect themselves and their mates like Cheney, there was a 'wish list' of pardons put together. But with Biden (and his Wife) being very 'uncooperative' after being removed as the POTUS candidate, some White House Staff just went ahead and punched them all out themselves. It is likely that the Pardons will be cancelled, and that whoever did them is going to jail, and there will be a much more rigorous process implemented for any future POTUS Pardons.

I am sure we will find out soon. Trump's Admin has started the proceedings to have the Pardons overturned on the basis 1. Biden did not personally sign them. 2. Use of the autopen for Pardons under the Constitution is not an appropriate method. 3. Pardons can only be issued for specific 'Offences' - not as a general exclusion Pardon for all possible offences committed in the past and in the future. It will take a while because the Dems will delay it as long as possible, and the matter will have to go to the SCOTUS for a final decision.

Yes - that is true - Thai men often walk away from the responsibilities of a child - different world here. Mo mate - Thailand's Laws do not recognize common-law or de facto marriages. You have to be legally married to a Thai for any Thai divorce laws to come into effect. I also believe that the local 'Monk Marriage' is not legal - until it is registered with the local Amphur Office and a Certificate Khor2 is issued. For an Expat what means going to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to register the Foreigner as 'approved' to get married (long process) and then taking that document and registering the Marriage in the Amphur Office. It is only when a couple is officially 'married' by the Designated Officer in the Amphur Office that they are officially married.

I hear you - in USA it is different - but the subject matter being discussed was both the study results (from USA) and the general impacts and issues regarding this matter here in Thailand. I was talking about then issue on a broader level - in Australia and Europe - where many of us come from. Thailand is nothing like the West in both its application and enforcement of marriage Laws - the rules may be similar - but like all Laws and Rules here, they are not applied or enforced in many situations.

Nail on the head - non-complaining polite Thais let others walk all over them. Years ago when we lived in Chiang Mai there was many Chinese tourist groups walking around the malls and streets. They were loud and rude, and the Thais always moved aside for them. Not me - I walked straight ahead and made them walk around me. One day a bloke with that 'flag' was walking straight towards me yelling some khrapp to the ground behind him. I did not move and smashed him down on the ground (5 foot 40 kgs meets 6 foot 85 kgs head on). He looked up with an angry face, and then when he saw how big I was, he started scrambling aside to let me pass, and then he got up and took off - the group started running to catch up with him. Even the wife laughed - as did a few other Thais. Unfortunately the Thais just do not 'push back' and their Mai Pen Rai attitude to things, makes them an easy target for the scumbags of the world - and there are a lot here now - more than there ever has been in the past.

I hear you - keeping the weight down gets harder as we get older. But I disagree about the amount of the fat trend in Isan. Yes there are more - but when I walk around the Malls and other places here in Isan, the vast majority of the girls are still very slim - and still beautiful and feminine.
