If he stops without winning, he dies. It's a war about regime survival for him. For Ukraine it's a war about national survival.

There are different levels. If you're talking about a bar showing content from a provider who didn't pay for it, the top level would be to go after the provider, then the bar, then unlikely the bar patrons. If you're talking about people streaming unpaid for content at home via torrents or stremio, etc. that's in the west a big target but hasn't been here. Then there are people selling subs to home users just like the bars. Similar issues. Will there be crackdowns on this stuff? Don't know. At what levels if so. Don't know. Stay tuned.

In many places Chabad is the only organized Jewish thing doing at all and for Jews to have prayers a "minion" (mininum number of Jews) is required. Not too shocking when you're talking about a people that are only .2 percent of the global population. I will add that yes Chabad is a Jewish thing but they don't represent all Jews. Many find them too conservatiive (as I do). Also they are not missionaries as Jews don't seek converts by definition (if you want to you'll have to work very hard at making that happen) but yeah they do seek to encourage already Jews to connect or reconnect with their version of the religion.
