My main criticism of Biden is that he fell for the nuclear threats from Putin and wasn't nearly aggressive enough in helping Ukraine actual win. Only enough to barely hold on. That and the obvious. That he ran for a second term. That set the table to Trump 2.0.

Back to reality. When the history is written, Biden will be judged as a middle level president whose main failure was failing stop Trump from coming back to power. Trump obviously without any doubt the worse president in American history and possibly the last where there are real elections.
