  1. Not sure how what Thai restaurants do in Indonesia threatens them unless they're competing in Indonesia. I've been "guilty" of photographing many a menu in my time but never for commercial purposes.
  2. What are you on about with blmfem? Are you in grade school? Anyway, occasionally Trump is doing something that I like. Recently he has done some good things for Ukraine. It's pissing off his Putin loving maga base. Of course he changes back and forth and can never be counted on for anything long term. As far as Barron (what a name!) it was clear that Melania was shielding him very well during his childhood but of course at his age, she is wisely setting him free to be what he will be. What he is becoming as a young adult with grifting scams already may have been predictable but it does not reflect well on his character.
  3. Sorry for you that you haven't bothered to follow the news. Absolutely the recent massive cuts to SS staff are from the Trump regime (via Musk. etc.). Obviously that is going to strain already strained service. That is objective FACT. Worker cuts at Social Security are roiling the agency : NPR www.npr.org/2025/04/26/nx-s1-5368480/social-security-workforce-cuts
  4. Being tall is usually a big advantage in US politics. However he is freakishly tall and doesn’t even play basketball. I had hope for him until he started to participate in scams and helping criminall Daddy get elected. Innocent no more. Oh well.
  5. That's true about need to transition.
  6. Not true about everyone. So calm down. However there are additional issues with starting claims and changing bank accounts that will require in person visits for some. Also service is greatly degraded due to massive staff cuts by the Trump regime.
  7. Exactly. He's now an active player in his authoritarian crime family and word is that he has presidential ambitions.
  8. He speaks fluent Slovenian and never speaks in public. Suspicious.
  9. Examples: Trump. To anyone not in the cult who has been paying attention.
  10. What I find "fascinating" is that anyone takes the premise of this topic at all seriously. It's without a doubt a disingenuous bait. I won't answer his question because the premise of his question is a stinking tower of incredibly obvious distortions. A clever gambit for sure, but not worthy of engaging with.
  11. Agreed. It's very small relative to what's needed, but at this point given how much of a Putin licker Trump has been, it can be seen as a symbolic baby step in the right direction.
  12. It's a mess especially with that left garbage, but the damage does sound as if it's greatly exagerrated. Also, to demonize all foreign tenants based on this case is basically wrong and unfair.
  13. Wrong! His "emergency powers" tariffs will hold as long as the courts don't stop him and/or the slaves to maga congress decides to start doing their job!
  14. Normal wear and tear innit. (Joke alert.) Also don't get the power turned off but AC left on story. It's a power balance between owners and renters. Things are fine as long as both sides are being reasonable but more often than not it's the owners abusing their power. An example that I still find hard to believe but it came from a very credible source from a long term always renting always moving American expat in Colombia. He says tenants are required to bring the place back to the exact condiition as before even for tenancies as short as six months to a year. For example a requirement that the tenant literally REPAINT the entire place before leaving and if/not will be on a <deleted> list with future landlords. I asked him if you could just offer to pay the landlord the money it would take to repaint with contractors and he said that would be not taken well. Bizarre, huh? If that's really true, I would find that very hard to stomach. One of the main joys of renting is not ever needing to worry about that level of maintenance.
  15. Only maga cult members would believe that. Everyone with one brain cell knows that he will take credit now, deserved or not, for positive news. He even makes up totally fake positive news to take credit for.
  16. Yeah I'm definitely not a fan of Rand Paul but at least he gets that the constitution and separation of powers NEEDS to be respected.
  17. That's a lie. He has raised tariffs UNILERALLY already and he claims that is legal under "emergency powers" BS. Do you actually believe the lies you're spouting?
  18. Well, I was about to go with Jomtien Pattaya in the city field but then decided to ignore the names of the fields to get in better info. So I put Nongrue Banglamung on the second line address field and put Chonburi in the city field. Also included are the Moo and the Zip.
  19. Who doesn't that loony tunes southern lady rail against?
  20. Right. They lie and say they have a great mandate but Americans didn't vote to become poorer and being able to buy less stuff for much more money. Once a grifter and con man, always a grifter con man.
  21. You are easily snookered, huh? Because they're playing along so he doesn't punish them and he'll listen to them when they ask for special breaks on tariffs and other things. Smaller businesses and people not caving to the dictator are out of the game. Sleazeballs with no backbone. History will judge them harshly.
  22. Yes. Rape. Sexual violence in the Russian invasion of Ukraine - Wikipedia
