As Trump has a case of dangerously extreme narcissism, we can't really blame him for having no feelings for anyone else. He can't help it. But a man like that as president? INSANE!

This is objectively way too inflexible. There is no room for humanitarian exceptions. Consider a person with both genitals at birth and a decision is made to pick F when they could have just as easily picked M. Then a later time it's realized that was a mistake and the person feels to be male. Then he grows up male, presents as male, etc. While it's debatable whether X should be allowed, forcing such a person to have F as his ID is cruel and unfair punishment. Transgender people are in a similar boat now, but my example of those born with both genitals illustrates most dramatically how cruel this ruling actually is.

Russian Israelis are Israelis who migrated to Israel from Russia. Most Russian Jews left Russia to the USA, Canada, Israel, etc.

About the burner phone question, I just assumed with the current maga fascist regime in control already notorious for hassling entering non-citizens over their political views (pro Trump, friend / anti Trump enemy) that there almost definitely would be increased hassles on entering citizens. Especially very long term expats who have been away for several years. I just did a quick online search, and yes, as I expected, this is absolutely true. I'll probably eventually open a separate topic about this because it's something expats should be aware of. There is a lot of information out there on what happens if you're targeted, and specific legal rules on what your rights are as a CITIZEN regarding your phone.

My personal experience eating at Israeli restaurants in Thailand is that I never witnessed even one such problem with Israeli customers. Ordered Ate. Paid the bill. Also no sharing of drinks but yes sharing of food dishes like hummus Asian family style.
