  1. Yes we're all aware of your peculiar and obsessive hope to target Israelis.
  2. Yeah, that's the ticket. The bad behavior of some Israelis in Thailand is right up there with global "serious" issues.
  3. So what percentage of the exaggerated/manifactured outrage and cherry picked items only about trashing Israelis IS about "mere" bigotry?
  4. Everyone knows who you are blaming it on. You probably blame bad weather and indigestion on them too.
  5. Speaking both specifically about that very dangerous intersection, and presumably at thousands of other roads in Thailand, you can follow every safest possible procedure while crossing and still be at significant risk.
  6. I'll expand on that in a way you may not like. Have some Jews sometimes weaponized accusations of antisemitism in unethical ways to deliberately try to suppress legitimate criticisms of Israeli government policies? Yes, absolutely, and that is very wrong. But that in no way follows that all accusations of antisemitism are about that. Also, we're hearing lately from Israel demonixers / Jew haters (often the same people) that because of the actions of the Israeli government in Gaza which have been very legitimately condemned, it is now open season on Jew hating in general, and because of that Jews are somehow no longer allowed to call out antisemitism when it occurs. And coincidentally or not, it's occurring a lot more than it has in recent years. Bottom line -- it's complicated.
  7. Depends on your definition of significant. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt about that. Since you tell me I made the wrong assumption about what you think Zionism is, may I ask what is your definition of it? I posted mine.
  8. I was specifically referring to Neturei Karta. Estimated at about 5000 people
  9. I don't think all Haredi are insane any more than Amish or Mormons. Neturei Karta though I do.
  10. I was specifically talking about Neturei Karta. Considered very fringe and extremist even by Haredi. A very tiny group they are often used by the most vile Jew haters who act as if they are a large group. Nope. Tiny.
  11. No. That group of about 5000 the most extremist I would call insane.
  12. Well I don't think it's a joke, but I agree Vietnam should not be on any retirement abroad list. The reason in their case is that they have a bias towards bopping all around during retirement as they do themselves. That's OK for some people especially younger retirees of course. Another example of their bias, they actively poo poo the Philippines SRRV visa and favor staying on tourist visas instead.
  13. What was the hoax? Trump has been tied up with Russian oligarchs for decades. FACT.
  14. According to this the majority of Haredi do not identify as ANTI-Zionist, but do identify as either NON-Zionist or Zionist. Haredim and Zionism - Wikipedia There is a group of very extremist anti-Zionist activist ultra religious. Only about 5,000 peopele. Those are the bozos that go to Iran to attend holocaust denial conferences. I still think you and I have very different definitions of Zionism. I think you think it means supporting policies like west bank settlements, etc.
  15. Oh I see what you're saying. I don't think you're correct about that either.
  16. Regressive policies are destructive. Such as Trump's tariff tax on American consumers.
  17. We currently have the most corrupt American president in history. I'm not aware any corruption from Pritzger. Being a billionaire with progressive policies could help him with independents, accusations of all democrats being communist, and of course funding his campaign.
  18. TACO name came from Wall Street.
  19. You might be talking about business visas but long ago Vietnam cracked down on people using business visas illegitimately.
  20. I'll put it this way. I'm sure that Bernie Sanders would have no problem supporting him if nominated.
  21. Zionism only means support for the existence and right to defend a nation state homeland for the Jewish people. The vast majority of Israeli Jews support that. You're conflating right wing Israeli governments with the state itself. The anti-Zionist ultra religious have an ideology that Israel should have never existed as a state. Again, a tiny minority. To be clear most Haredis as are featured in this topic are not against the existence of the state of Israeli but yeah most don't want to serve in the IDF.
  22. That's a simple minded way of putting it.
  23. If Trump does that, he won't be allowed. He'll just do it and fight any force that tries to stop him. Obama doesn't want to run and democrats don't really want him again either. If Trump tries to stay in power and gets away with it, there won't be a real election anyway. Like Russia.
