  1. Isn't this the same kind of arrangement that expats make when wanting to buy a house or Thai allotment condo? Purchased as a Corporation? They have "dummy" corporate board members and you are named as a majority shareholder presumably. Oh Thailand, lots to like and lots to just have you shaking your head all the way to the poor house.
  2. One sentence posts again. What a guy! Adding so much to the conversation. Go back to listening to your alarmist conspiracy theory youtube shows whilst hiding in your closet. The lefties are coming to GET YOU! 🤣
  3. Watch out, there's a lefty at every street corner waiting to turn your latent homesexuality on you. They are gonna raise your taxes so you won't be able to buy food anymore. Be fearful because they will destroy your freedom and ruin society. Be afraid, be very afraid. They are drinking the blood of infants and putting nano bots in your vaccines. Don't go out. The world is not safe. The leftists are growing in numbers. Their stance of good will and peace on Earth for everyone will undermine the wealthiest 1% plans to rule the world. WATCH OUT!!
  4. Pay for itself in 3.5 years AND saving the environment too. Is it coal fired electricity off the municipal grid there? It's a win win. Very nice. Good going!
  5. No, the family back in UK is presumably too poor to even get him on a plane and back to NHS treatment there. Lesson to be learned. NEVER travel short term or long term to LOS or any other foreign country without travel medical insurance. It is cheap $100 USD / mo or less depending and supplies medical evacuation in case of emergency as well as up to one million USD of coverage for local foreign country care.
  6. This has got be your best post yet ... BTW you are not "The Don" Donald Trump is "The Don" So there!!
  7. Drank the Fox news right wing propaganda kool-aid .. with extra sugar!!
  8. Might be worth buying $10k worth of Baht in the weeks ahead.. let's see if it will go up to 37 per $1 .. that'd be a buy opportunity.
  9. Yea, they tested in the one in Buriram the other day. It's working perfectly! Didn't hear a thing.
  10. Wow, if societies ever take these kind of barbaric ideals seriously again, you better watch that you never get accidentally caught in a situation where you might be falsely prosecuted and be a victim of your own crude screwed up notions of justice.
  11. Building safety records? Who needs them! There are never any accidents at construction sites in Thailand. Safety records are impeccable! But seriously, Just to show how seriously safety is taken have a look the first two signs. They haven't even bothered to hide the fact they are not reporting accidents. Look at how someone has just rearranged the numbers on the first sign. They didn't even bother to use new numbers. It's a laughable how lax safety standards are. Half the Cambodian, Lao workers do not even have proper footwear.
  12. That stuff (meth) has addicts staying up for days, even weeks at a time and they suffer from sleep deprivation which gives them terrible hallucinations combined with the drugs can lead to severe episodes of paranoia and depression etc.
  13. A simple solution is to stop watching Fox News. It is an obvious propaganda mill. It doesn't have actual journalism but stories boarding on the absurd filled with lies and conspiracy theories. Just trash. American journalism is lost.
  14. He's got his "Tuesday" drawers on. Very conscientious murder suspect.
  15. What makes you an expert on Thai moral values? Prostitution is said to be the oldest profession. Just because Thailand has sex workers doesn't make it a unique part of the culture. It is part of ALL human cultures. It's been a component of human societies for eons. LOL. If one can't make a valuable contribution to the discussion perhaps just lay out.
  16. Wait, was RFK involved in this new diagnosis? Or Pete Hegseth? He's knows something about being drunk on an official level!
  17. You obviously haven't read "The Art of the Deal" Everyone knows it's about Thailand. It's probably the best book on Thailand around! Donald said that he's the best author on Thailand that you will ever know.
  18. Well, this is some encouraging news but I have a strong feeling this is not even a dent in this systemic issue of Pattaya attracting all manner of scumbags from across the Earth. -Human trafficking -drugs -Scam call centers -Online gambling what am I missing?
  19. Phuket is getting be a very dangerous place. There seems to be a lot of accidents and issues there. Wow. Avoid. I was there in 1999. It was great and still fairly untouched. Today ... played out! It's a real shame!
  20. She was great in Caligula and she is complaining about sexism? She had racy nude scenes in more than a few movies. This combined with her acting prowess sent her up as a star. Why would she complain about sexism? Sex made her career as far as I can see.
  21. Probably the worst book I've read. This azzclown is going on about annexing Thailand for national security reasons. Specifically targeting Soi Cowboy in Bangkok as a "Camp David II" for important summit meetings with distinguished diplomats.
  22. As per usual Dr. Pufinjai was flying high and left out some of the details.
  23. Obviously a cultured individual frequenting establishments that reflect true Thailand culture and moral values 🤣🤣
  24. Long-term, heavy THC use can have several potential side effects, affecting both mental and physical health. It's important to note that research is ongoing, and the extent and permanence of some of these effects are still being studied. Here's a breakdown of the potential long-term side effects of THC use: Cognitive Effects: Impaired Memory and Learning: Chronic heavy use, especially when started in adolescence, may lead to difficulties with memory, learning, and attention. Some studies suggest these effects may persist even after stopping use, particularly if use began during brain development (before age 25). Lowered IQ: Some research has linked heavy cannabis use starting in adolescence with a decline in IQ. However, other studies have not found this connection, and it's a subject of ongoing debate. Impaired Thinking and Decision-Making: Long-term use can affect the ability to think clearly, make sound judgments, and solve problems. Reduced Concentration and Attention Span: Chronic users may experience difficulties focusing and maintaining attention. Mental Health Effects: Increased Risk of Mental Health Disorders: Long-term, heavy use is associated with an increased risk of developing or worsening certain mental health conditions, including: Psychosis and Schizophrenia: Cannabis use, particularly high-potency products and use starting at a young age, can increase the risk of psychotic episodes and may contribute to the development of schizophrenia in vulnerable individuals (those with a genetic predisposition). It can also worsen symptoms in those already diagnosed. Anxiety and Depression: Some studies have linked chronic cannabis use with an increased risk of anxiety and depression. Suicidal Thoughts and Behaviors: An association has been found between cannabis use and suicidal ideation, particularly among adolescents and military veterans.
