Yes, correct. But, the green book needs to be changed and me personally, I want to KNOW it has been changed to the buyers name. The buyer SHOULD do the name change but I wouldn't advise just handing over the green book to the buyer signed and leave it at that. Why? You might ask. Because the buyer could very well choose to NOT change ownership in his name and drive the motorbike around with YOUR NAME still in the green book and registration. If there are problems while he's riding then in certain circumstances the owner may be liable. (Even if you have signed it) I would not trust the buyer to do all the paper work. I always go with the buyer to the agent and make sure they do the business in front of me, I get copies of the bill of sale etc. I would make the buyer pay the agents fee. Remember TIT, make sure you dot your eyes and cross your tee's. Don't leave loose ends. Punters get in trouble all the time for not covering their Azz

I don't usually like meme's but this is one is great. It is more of a political cartoon meme and is a great example of the kind of thing Noam Chomsky talks about. The elite rich pitting the general population against one another. If you divide a nation and keep them fighting with one another they won't be focused on the maneuvers of the elite. The elite are safe from being the focus of attention and can go about their business of attaining more wealth and power. (deregulation, tax legislation etc). In this time of history the divivion of the uber wealth and the lower classes is widening. In simpler terms. The top 1% have more wealth than the entire 99% of the US population. 3.5 million people have the same wealth as 350 million of the rest of us. The wealth and control of the ultra rich is immense. Disunity of the population is the friend of the elite ultra-rich. We all should stop quibbling and take a hard look at what the ultra rich and elite are doing instead of fighting over the childish issues they want us to. Many of the ultra rich and elite are the enemy! Some are not ( philanthropists like Bill Gates) but many are quite evil in their quest for power.

Many small agents, even the Honda dealership on Thepraset Rd will do the green book transfer. They will go to the transportation office for you and hand in the paper work. Best to bring your customer with you at the time you hand the agent the greenbook. Some bill of sale get's filled out etc. You will have to get a residency certificate from immigration, as far as I know this is still mandatory and I don't think the agent does that for you.

BTW, there is a big difference between a self made millionaire and the "elites' that Chomsky refers too. Elites are in the triple digit Millionaire and Billionaire class these days. I'm a self made millionaire. That really isn't saying much these days. Self made millionaires are NOT the elites he is referring to. He's talking about REAL money 100's of Millions of dollars etc. They have power to influence legislation, media, legal proceedings, hire expensive lawyers, buy political influence and on and one.
