    That's why you call. Find out what he wants. You can't service customers in a furniture shop unless you know what they want. How you going to stop a war? You either negotiate or destroy them.     The only ideas that work appeal to the masses unless you do boutique tours and charge a lot more. Premium pot tour not sure works. Beer premium tour might. You need Thais for licences. Lots of tours are cross promoted through Intrepid.

    Only about 8% of westerners have a motorbike licence so most are never covered by insurance.

    There's a craft beer place with great burgers in Chiang Dao. If I was running tours from Chiang Mai I'd include things like that. Normal tours take you to cave then some crappy restaurant nearby.

    I'd stick to single lense. My wife had issues in the west with progressive. Harder to get the lense right. The frame needs to sit perfectly on your nose. That's what she found. That's where the issue could be.

    I just do what I want to do. Don't go looking for guys to drink with. In 90% of Thai cities you don't see many foreigners. If you have a vehicle, woman and a map why do you care about foreigners?
