Many school zones around me have dropped the limit to 30mk/h. At 30 or less the death rate drops to virtually 0. Now not saying that should be the normal speed limit but it does work in many places. I volunteer at my local Veterans society. I also wrote a big letter to my mp and mpp telling them how proud I was that we are not in the war. I campaigned for peace and joined a hug session as well.
