Surprise questionnaire for this month Wise Transfer

The chances this may work? (Opening a thai bank account as a tourist)
Your faith that Thai bank officials would act logically is quaint but unlikely.

Switching from 'Funds-in-Bank' method to 'Monthly-income-transfer' method
No. I had to move funds into my Thai bank account to bring it up to THB 800,000

Can't you just block them outright ?

Switching from 'Funds-in-Bank' method to 'Monthly-income-transfer' method
I lost my Non O of 10 years after being locked out during Covid. When I finally returned on a visa exempt, I applied for a new Non O at Chaeng Wattana; however, the office would not accept the twelve months of THB 65,000 as financial proof. They would only accept THB 800,000 in a Thai bank account. Once I was issued the three month Non O, I could extend for one year using the THB 65,000 monthly deposit.

I do not think Korea or Hong Kong are comparable to Thailand; maybe Indonesia, Philippines, or Malaysia seem more similar.- Changes at my local barber.
I have lived in Thonburi across the river from Bangkok for over 10 years and during that time I have been going to the same small local barbershop. When I first went there, haicuts were THB 100 and I always tipped 40 baht. A few years back, the cost of a went up to 120 baht; understandable and no big deal. Today I went in fot a haircut and a sign read "haircuts 200 baht." A big jump I thought but it is what it is. My Thai friend was with me and he told me the price for Thai is still 120 baht; only the cost for non Thai is 200. I think I will change barbers, wondering if I should tell them why.- Prostate Radiation Treatment
- Prostate Radiation Treatment
For most types of external radiation, treatments are given 5 days a week in an outpatient center, for at least several weeks. I was advised 29 sessions by Samitivej, Phyathai, Bangkok Hospital and Chula.- TripAdvisor ranks Pattaya as 7th Best of the Best Destinations in 2024
I think your description describes the typical farang in Pattaya as well "bad attitudes, fat, and weird hangups."- Prostate Radiation Treatment
I have a quote from Chula Hospital for 29 days of radiation to the prostate for THB 10000 per session for a total course of treatment of THB 290,000. Bangok Hospital for the 29 sessions of radiation was THB 18,000 per treatment for a total cost of THB 500,000 All in Bangkok- Korean YouTubers’ visa status in Thailand under scrutiny

From my experience in Chaeng Wattana, you can get an extension of Non O / Non OA with THB 65,000 or more monthly deposits for 12 months; however, to convert a visa exempt or tourist visa to a Non O, only THB 800,000 in a Thai bank is acceptable (or a income verification from your embassy which most no longer do); the monthly transfer is non accepted for the initial Non O.- Airfares to plummet next year
Thai police, Thai military, Thai governmeny- 90 Day Online Report Rejected
Just an update of sorts. My landlord tried to file a new TM30 but he couldn't get it completed; it kept erroring out. I went to Chaeng Wattana and was waiting in queue (no appointments available online). A man before me was turned away due to something about his TM30; I couldn't hear the full conversation. Once I got to the desk, she saw my copy of my two year old TM30 in my clear folder and asked to see it. She did accept my 90 day report. I was going to ask about the online rejection but the queues were too long and I also did a reentry permit. I will leave Thailand 13Feb to April 24. My landlord will try to do the TM30 online again. If unsuccessful, we will go back to Chaeng Wattana and inquire. Such a farce.- 90 Day Online Report Rejected
I filed online my 2nd 90 day report; however, I got the email respone that my report was rejected and I should update my TM30. I report to Bangkok Chaeng Wattana. I have not changed my address for 10 years, and I have not left the country since my last 90 day report. Any ideas why they are requiring an updated TM 30 ?- What date for my second 90 day report?
- What date for my second 90 day report?
- What date for my second 90 day report?
Thank you for your reply, but my question has nothing to do about extension. If my entry to Thailand is 01 Jan 23, then my first 90 day report is 01 Apr 23. If I do my report a week early on 27Mar23. My question is the 2nd 90 day report 90 days after 27Mar or 90 days after 01 Apr?- What date for my second 90 day report?
I did a search but I did not find an answer. If I do my first 90 day report one week early, is my next 90 day report due 90 days after my report date or 180 days of my entry into Thailand. Thanks for any clarification.- Converting from tourist visa extension to a Non Imm O retirement
Please be aware that Chaeng Wattana and other immigrations do not accept the 12 months of THB 65,000 transfers to convert from a tourist visa or visa exempt to a Non-O. They do accept 12 X THB 65,000 for an extension but not the initial Non O. I ran into this 2 years back when returning from a COVID lockout. - Swiss man who allegedly assaulted Thai doctor faces additional charges
