As far as I know there are no kerosene powered cars . Except maybe for upcountry farm vehicles where locals cut diesel with kerosene to save money. No. The octane rating is displayed on the pump. The ethanol content is a separate issue. "std" fuel here is E10 or 10% Ethanol but still the octane rating on the pump. Ethanol is cheaper so E20 is cheaper than E10 but ethanol has less energy density so you get less energy per litre so you use more. So higher Ethanol content needs more fuel sprayed into the engine. Unless your vehicle has E20 written somewhere you will run a leaner mixture using E20. The yellow pump will say Benzene. That has no ethanol but is about 10B per litre more expensive. It is still 95 octane. Where I live only one PT station has that.
