Ok Thai travelers . I read the article and the context and emphasis is most definitely on travelers as domestic tourists .Ie family trips up country. Not conflating commuters in the count. Also a count like this is counting the same Thai travelers over and over again every weekend

If dis guy beat up a young woman - of course lock him up. And that is most likely what happened. All some others and I are pointing out is that some of these girls can blow up . When this happened to me I went on defense only and restrained her until she calmed down. By the way I'm 70kg so these girls are more than half my weight and being farm girls they are very strong. So what are you going to do if defense fails. Best to have plan on what defense just in case.

These very large Thai style clubs, that look like a high school gymnasium are increasing. Like that new under construction one on second road between Soi 6 and Soi 5 . It also has screened exterior? On second road, so moving into the more central Pattaya area unfortunately. Expect to see spillovers in the Pattaya bad news section.

Instead more bogus kickback projects including those traffic lights that increase danger for those unaware how locals as well as some foreigners drive around here. And what is this project going to bring ? More traffic on and off this glorified road the city calls a promenade. Pickup parties. Forget about it. Lost cause.

And as If there is not enough already going against this high season. Another Pattaya beach project. These days how can they expect people to book here.

This is the promenade before these bogus projects. A very nice environment for all. But this scene where Westerners met local women had to go. Mission accomplished city hall. It's going to be about all thais along the beach now. Pickup parties motorbikes mutually exclusive for Westerners on vacation.

Outside of the contract/kickbacks this is only going to benefit the thais with their cars. This project looks to be going through the high season. So as with past consecutive projects that damaged the European mini summer high season along the beach. There will now be another crowd of Westerners who not only will not be coming back but who also may cancel/change plans when they see this ongoing construction mess. Again they talk up quality tourism but cannot stop screwing this place up for Westerners. I don't even think the Indians are going to put up with it.
