One of my jobs is to wipe the fan blades every few months, as well as doing similar to the standing ones in the kitchen, oh, and I mow the lawn too, if it needs it...... Bedroom A/C also gets a clean every few months for the same reason, but I pay a bloke to do that with his pressure washer equipment.... Your chum needs a word in his ear.....????

It does get hot upstairs, so put the A/C on for a while to cool things down then let the fan take over for the rest of the night. For me it is far healthier too. Downstairs is a large open plan area, except for the kitchen, doesn't need A/C, has 4 ceiling fans which can be used depending on where you are situated, 2 are on all day. ???? PS. When we get a power cut, the fans are missed...

I bought 9 ceiling fans that are now 15 years old, only replaced one and fitted new capacitors in a couple that are on all day, every day.... They really are a must in any build, especially the bedroom, running all night...????

There is a semi-wad-cutter for 9mm, but I doubt that range would have them, but ya never know. Many years ago I did shoot at a Thai military base range at Sattahip, using a revolver, all the ammo was wad-cutter for revolvers.

The captain of a ship is the head honcho, but those who control the operation of it are many and have their job to do. The dead guy had his job to do as an instructor, he failed in his duty/job. I was trained in UK police forearm procedures, and stand by what I posted. The lady did not have a clue, a newbie should never be let near live ammo until the basics are clearly understood, plus, live ammo should not be lying around.

One thing is for sure, the ordinary Russian will now be looked at in a different light after the worldwide news of atrocities committed by their military, in an age when we were all mostly getting along. To renew a UK PP in BKK, you must have copies of every page of the old PP. All the info would be there if pensions wanted to know, you know, retirement visa's and extensions.........???? One day all the dot's will add up, after all, in the UK you now don't need a car road tax disc, the police and cameras can find out if a car is taxed, insured or M.O.T'd. A high-tech UK/World....????

Most folk will think about sun direction etc when building in a hot country, if they have any sense. A bloke near me has just built a bungalow in the new modern look. The lounge at the front has a window the full width of the room and floor to ceiling that must be about 4 metres in height, I said at the time to her in doors, they will cook in that place. Sure enough, the huge area of curtain is shut most of the day....????
