  1. "Ladies"? That's a bit edgy isn't it? A bit presumptious? A bit "2010"'s. A bit "problematic", especially in football. I think the preferred term is now "people with vaginas".
  2. They can't resist it. Any excuse to call someone an "ist". They love it. If someone pointed out that grown men are better than 10 year boys at Rugby Union they'd probably call them Ageist. A Misopedist. 😆
  3. Funny how all the Wokies supporting so called "transwomen" in the women's game a year ago are now acknowledging how ridiculous that notion is. 😆 They really have lost the argument. What a change in the landscape. Marvellous.
  4. Yes, under 15's schoolboys have hammered the women's international teams on many occasions. And not the best schoolboys either, just local teams. I tell you what would be interesting. Let the women play against younger and younger boys (international level schoolboys) to see at what age they could win a game. In my opinion, the U14's would hammer them. The U-13's might be a close game. The women would probably beat the under 12's. It would be fascinating to watch. But well done to England women. Great job. But please, for the love of god, for the sake of football fans everywhere, don't take a job at the BBC as a pundit on the men's game.
  5. There has already been plenty of uproar about their "whiteness". https://nypost.com/2022/07/15/bbc-presenter-eilidh-barbour-england-soccer-team-too-white/ https://www.theguardian.com/football/2022/jul/18/england-women-squad-euro-2022-whiteness-diversity Labour have got the good sense to stay quiet on this. For now... I wonder when Thornberry will mock them on X - "Image from #DowningStreet".
  6. I think one of the players actually said she was "proud to be English". Not only that, but she was white. 😱 Once the celebrations have died down, Labour will need to launch an investigation. Maybe get Humza Yousaf to head it up. It's simply not acceptable in this day and age. 😆
  7. Labour are trying to jump on the bandwagon. Which is ironic considering Emily Thornberry's nasty tweet mocking the working class "white van man" with the St George flag outside his house. Suddenly they are pretending to be English patriots. 😆 I'm actually happy they won. The standard is clearly awful but it's good to see English teams winning, plus I'm hoping if the women's game gets bigger then the female commentators will leave the men's game alone.
  8. Nowhere near schoolboy standard. Switzerland women were hammered 7-1 by an under 15's boys team in the buildup to this tournament. Was that Barcelona under 15's, you might ask? Was it the German under 15's national schoolboy side? No, it was FC Luzern under 15's. Spain, the current Women world champions and eventual finalists could only edge past Switzerland 2-0. That tells you a a lot about the standard of women's football. So please, no more women commentating on and critiquing the men's game. It's embarrassing.
  9. If you can find it in a left wing website like the BBC then let me know. Switzerland aren't low ranked. They went out to eventual finalists Spain 2-0 in the quarter final. https://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/alisha-lehmann-switzerland-wales-euro2025-31932747 So Spain, 2025 finalists and current world cup holders beat them 2-0, but an under 15 boys team beat them 7-1. And it wasn't Real Madrid under 15s, it was "FC Luzern". Yeah, me neither... The standard of the women's game is atrocious. That's not hating, it's just an accurate assessment. Which makes it particularly galling to have to listen to women footballers with grating Essex accents critiquing the likes of Rodri, Salah or Cole Palmer on MOTD.
  10. Why didn't Biden release the list? Surely he would have done it if it incriminated Trump and not any Democrats? He had far more time to do it than Trump has had so far. Maybe Biden was protecting Trump? 😆
  11. Indeed he is. It's ironic as he was such a staunch Remainer. I hope he shows both gratitude and humility, but I doubt it. Reform will leave the ECHR. These things take time. Since Brexit we've had 2 useless governments actively trying to undermine British interests. Both have failed to take advantage of the opportunity Brexit provides. Reform will see to that.
  12. Yeah, 2 Brits. Low hanging fruit. How convenient. Prince Andrew and Ghislaine Maxwell taking all the heat for the powerful/wealthy American Paedos who teamed up with Epstein for their dirty little weekends on the island or at the New York townhouse. Yet these real villains of the piece shall not only NOT be prosecuted, but have their identities protected. Shameful.
  13. Starmer has been itching to do this for ages. Now he's actually encouraging Hamas to fight so that there is no ceasefire and they get what they wanted all along. Maybe Corbyn has been in touch with his "friends at Hamas" and then influenced Starmer to do this? Either way, he'd have been better off keeping his mouth shut and focusing on the monumental problems in Britain. I guess he couldn't resist playing the Global Statesman again.
  14. It was a rhetorical question. Maybe you should read up on the trade barriers and regulations the EU uses to protect it's industries. Or the way they tried to bully/screw Britain when they voted to leave their corrupt, protectionist racket. Personally I'm happy to see the EU get a taste of their own medicine. Thanks Donald.
  15. I didn't. I offered my opinion on the women's game. Did you see Switzerland get hammered 7-1 by an under 15's boys team just before the tournament? Probably not, the MSM buried it. Bit embarrassing really. 😆
  16. Yeah it does bother me. All the BBC articles about their struggles, the demands for equal pay to the men etc. Gets right on my t*ts. 😆
  17. I quite like women's sport. Tennis, boxing, MMA etc. I also like football. But there is something about women's football that REALLY irritates me. I'm not sure if it's the obligatory ponytails/Croydon facelifts, the chav Essex accents, Megan Rapinoe, the awful commentators, the mind numbing cliches during player interviews, the drama of "the kiss" after Spain won the previous tournament, the racist Samatha Kerr, or just the incredibly low quality of the play. I literally didn't watch 1 second of this tournament. Zero interest.
  18. Yes you are ignoring that the EU imposes strict tariffs on other countries just as the US is doing to the EU. And who pays those tariffs?
  19. Because it ensured us lower tariffs than the EU obviously.
  20. So there are no tariffs on US goods imported to the EU? It's 100% tariff free in that direction? Amazing.
  21. Depends on which direction the goods are going. Everyone was celebrating the single market/customs union when the protectionist racket was working. Now someone stood up to it and imposed their own tariffs they cry like babies.😆 Karma for the EU. Long overdue.
  22. Great job Don. And everyone who voted Brexit.
  23. I think there was talk of the government renting houses from private landlords. Offering them guaranteed rent for 5 years in exchange for having your house trashed and being hated by your neighbours for eternity. In my opinion anyone refusing to move should be deported or jailed. They shouldn't get to choose their free accomodation any more than they get to choose their free smartphone. Making them homeless would indeed be a recipe for disaster.
