The Biden of 2020 would have done better. The Biden of 2024 would not. He resembles a mad old bloke at the old people's home, shouting at the nurses and forgetting his children's names. The fact he is still POTUS is ridiculous.

Squirrels love nuts, and there's no bigger nut than Kamala Harris.

Why Donald Trump Could be a Major Challenge for the British Government

He has all the characteristics to be her son. But Abbott's son is even worse, with a long history of violence including that against NHS workers. -
Why Donald Trump Could be a Major Challenge for the British Government

Yes he is. He is also incredibly stupid. He stated on MasterMind that Henry VII succeeded Henry VIII and that Red Leicester is a blue cheese. He is also a liar, claiming he was raised in a family dependant on tax credits, even though they were not introduced until he was 31. He is an embarrassment to the country and needs to resign if Labour want any semblance of credibility. -
Elon Musk Challenges Jennifer Lopez, Raises Questions on Past with Diddy

They did the same with Biden. They wouldn't admit he was infirm until he was forced out by Pelosi. Now with Harris. They'll admit she's useless now she's been forced out by the American people. Until that point, Biden was "sharp as a tack" and Harris was a "brilliant, strong independent woman". The left love to gaslight but they fail to realize it is a short term strategy destined to lose. -
First lesson I would learn if I was a Democrat - When asked about your economic policy it might be a good idea to actually answer the question, rather than stating you are from a middle class family or that Trump is a Nazi. Second lesson - If your preferred candidate cannot win the democratic nominee process, maybe find another candidate rather than avoiding the process altogether and putting them straight into a Presidential race. It's like having a boxing prospect who can't win at local area level, so you decide to skip those fights and put him straight in against Artur Beterbiev or Oleksander Usyk for the undisputed world title. He's gonna get beat badly, like Harris did.

Since that involves being democratically elected, I don't fancy her chances. Or could she skip that process again?

GO TRUMP GO - Saving the World from the Woke
JonnyF replied to TroubleandGrumpy's topic in Political Soapbox
Wokeism will be looked back on as one of those embarrassing trends. Like when that group Kris Kross wore their trousers back to front. -
Good question. If asked, I'd imagine she would say she grew up in a middle class family.

Why Donald Trump Could be a Major Challenge for the British Government

The EU are massive hypocrites. Their whole ethos is based on protectionism, tariffs and trade/regulatory barriers for anyone outside their special club (especially if you dare to leave), but when someone else wants to do it they cry foul. https://www.reuters.com/world/europe-congratulates-trump-amid-worries-about-his-return-white-house-2024-11-06/ -

Resigning would be more appropriate at this stage. The bloke is an imbecile. -
Trump called it 100% right after the debate where Biden self destructed, when he was filmed in his golf cart. I will paraphrase Trump. "They're gonna dump Joe and choose Kamala. That's great news. She's so f'in bad. So bad". Nostradamus levels of predictions.

One lesson the Dems might want to take from this. If your preferred candidate is an imbecile who has already proved to be incapable of winning votes, do not skip the Democratic process for electing the nominee in order to "select" her to run in an election against one of the most charismatic candidates of all time. Sorry if that seems obvious.

I don't believe you. Dogs are kind.

Trump Declares Victory and Promises a "Golden Age" for America
JonnyF replied to Social Media's topic in World News
Let's hope this is the end of Wokeism, DEI, Identity politics, critical race theory, censorship, positive discrimination, trans lunacy etc. The people of America have clearly spoken. They've had enough of it. Musk buying X was the best thing that happened in a long time. Thanks Elon. -

What a great day for America. If all the liberal celebrities that promised to leave if Trump won, actually leave and STFU for once it will be even better. God Bless America.

Only equal and opposite to Labour's in the US elections. Maybe 100 GOP officials to campaign in key seats? Fair's fair. -
