So here is my situation. I have a work permit on a company that is registered in Pattaya, lets say Company A. This is due to be renewed in July, but I will cancel this and get a new work permit on Company B which will be based in Chiang Mai (currently it's registered in Pattaya). At the moment my girlfriend is director of company B and is signing for everything as we set the company up. This has caused a lot friction and I really want to get her off as director at Company B and me on as the director so I can sign at the bank, customs etc. I have asked the accountant if it's OK to do this and he has said yes, I can be the director of Company B without the work permit. I will get the work permit in July anyway and could sort it earlier if needs be but it will be much more convenient in July. So, my question is will the bank let me sign as director of Company B if my work permit is with Company A? And the same with governmental institutions such as customs etc. Many thanks in advance.

Well... ???? Technically there are several different sources of N as you well know, but yeah N is N when it finally gets absorbed into the plant. However, as you also well know there are lots of other compounds found in organic nutes that can stimulate the plant into doing different things to defend itself, so it's definitely not a black and white N vs N scenario.

If you had any knowledge of the European grow scene you would never make that statement - that is totally and utterly ridiculous.

Need a second phone and looking to pay around 4-5k - any recommendations? It will double as a kid pacifier in the car, so something that can handle games would be nice. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I have an invoice I need to pay to a company in Australia from my Thai company. I have business banking with Kbank. Because the invoice is in USD and must be received in USD, I can't use the international transfer option on KBIZ (Kbank's online banking service). Deemoney will only send it as Thai Baht so that doesn't work either. I can pay it if I go to the one Kbank branch in Pattaya where they do international payments, but I need to get a copy of my DBD paperwork etc, proper headache. Does anybody know of a service that will let me pay an invoice in Australia in USD from Thailand? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I just had the battery changed on my phone and the phone was reset as part of the process. I have redownloaded the DLT Drivers license app and done the usual enter passport and email to get login pin, as before. That all went well but when I try to open the page to show the digital version of my Drivers License I just get a spinning loading thing -the drivers license won't load. Has anybody had the same problem and worked out how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

@Peabody - how did the Wild Thailand turn out in the end? I have some of the same seeds and thinking about giving them a go in a greenhouse.

Hi, I am in the process of importing some items that require a fair bit of back and forth with customs to make sure we have the correct paperwork in place. We were using a logistics company that had a farang in charge of the customs office, but he has had to suddenly leave the country and I don't trust his staff to do what I need without him there. Does anybody know of a decent logistics company that has a farang manager overseeing the customs clearance side of things? Many thanks in advance.

As per the title looking to buy a cheapish car for around 100k. I've had bad experiences with 2 garages selling cars here in recent years - any leads on where to buy in this price range would be appreciated.

Specifically looking for jeans with around 46" waist. Are there any places that make jeans to order or have a wide stock or large sizes and can modify? Thanks in advance.

They also said vaccines stop the spread of Covid, which turned out to be completely untrue. The WHO are corrupted to the core, you should take any advice they offer with a massive pinch of salt. But don't use salt unless your doctor says so, obviously.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that you will not be ripped off when shopping in Homepro. Anyway, back to getting scammed in dispensaries.

We use these also, they are much less hassle than burping jars. Also now long drying (cut and hang, trim when dry) at 16-18 degrees C and 60% humidity - takes around 12-14 for the bigger buds but def holds more terps (and this has been researched and confirmed by at least one commercial company). Trick with those bags is to get them to about 60% then heat seal, we use hair crimps, then don't open them until you are ready to sell or smoke. When you open the bag after a long dry and 3-4 week cure in a Grove Bag:

Interesting concept this and good on you for doing something different - as far as I know there is nothing in the current rules that stops people from giving what they grow to friends and family, in fact I think the Plook Ganja even says that is a category... Could be the start of something interesting - "Test my weed"... ???? Also swap mine for yours could be interesting, to see how your weed directly compares to others. Can't see anything but positive vibes and increased shared knowledge with this kind of stuff. -
Hi, I have a Thai Limited company - I am the director and 49% shareholder, there are two other shareholders with 25% and 26% each. One of these shareholders is my girlfriend and we are going through another bad patch, it looks like we will break up soon. She can be a bit rash at times and do things without considering the implications - I am worried that she might try and cause me some trouble with the company. So the question is - what kind of problems could she cause as a 26% shareholder? Basically can she go to a lawyer and try to claim some money from the company or in some way try to grab some of the company assets? Thanks in advance.
