and look, I agree it's a big problem, thankfully I've never had a issue with fat passengers sitting next to me. maybe plane builders should re-construct the internal seating to put fat people in a new larger seated row with an extra cost and weight safety distribution obviously.

what a stupid non-common sense idea ... reclining seats are part of how the airline operates. You buy a ticket, get a seat and it can recline. Now .... a person wanting to recline should politely ask the person behind if they are ok with that, also, don't recline at meal times and respect others, maybe you don't respect others .... you sound like you don't.

you can drive / ride / walk or whatever on a road without street lights. Motorbikes come with headlights built in as do cars I believe. Was his headlight not working and he hit a barrier that he didn't see ?

If you go to Thaiwatsadu or Home Pro or other big stores you will see more staff than shoppers. Way too many staff would be eating into their bottom line $$$ and thereby lowering their profit margin, it's a recipe for disaster.

Why oh why do you have to bring the US into this article ? it's solely about Thailand's unemployment .... nothing, absolutely nothing to do with the US Costco business model. The problem here is different, the big shops like your Tesco, Big C, Power Buys, Home Pro etc ... employ far too many staff .... they could cut them by 50% and still have them standing around doing nothing. The problem here is consumer numbers are down, they are the worst numbers ever recorded except when COVID-19 was in progress. The Thai people and expats are spending less, so if no customers then staff are not required.
