aha, that's interesting ... I haven't been following any of the news or his policies, Albanese is a softer and possibly more approachable person than Dutton, but I still say Dutton is good for the border protection, more than Albanese, but that isn't only what's required obviously. thanks for that info... even if Albanese continues, he's ok for Australia and I hope the Aussies learnt that the revolving door PM's is not in Australia's best interest as they witnessed.

Dutton is fine, and I believe he will win, Albanese is also ok, he's a good foreign relations type of guy, Dutton is a good Australian sovereignty protection guy, he's staunch anti-China and he's a good military hard liner, he won't take any crap from outsiders if he wins, especially China ...and Maybe Australia needs that type of person as it moves into the a very hostile and awakening environment. I said years ago, and just recently again, Australia should be very concerned now what with the current geopolitical wars in play. Australia has to start building it's military capacity to protect it's borders, it cannot rely on America forever, while America may be there to help, it's not a dead certain for sure.

just goes to show sometimes the thai way isn't always the best way. I'd say Miss Meesonboom didn't give back the 32,000 baht deposit because the tenant broke the lease agreement. Maybe next time she'll discuss issues amicably instead of demanding. There is two sides to every story and Miss Meesonboom isn't telling it all.

A court order in Thailand has temporarily halted Nestlé's ability to produce, sell, or import Nescafé instant coffee in the country. This injunction, issued by the Minburi Civil Court on April 3rd, 2025, has led to a potential shortage of Nescafé products in Thai shops. The court's decision is a result of a legal dispute between Nestlé and the Mahagitsiri family, who were previously partners in a joint venture that produced Nescafé in Thailand.

Crime Shocking Underage Sex Ring Busted: Teen Arrested in Bangkok

I doubt the 14yr old forced anyone to do as they did, it was more a case of I want to make 300 baht so I'll do it. but, anyway .... 14 is way too young to start this rubbish, and don't they know that prostitution is illegal in Thailand -
Has anyone noticed how much coffee has increased in price at 7-11 over the past 6 months. A thai brand 45g pack of freeze dried coffee was 44 baht just 4 months ago, the same packet is now 58 baht. That's a wopping 32% increase ..... and many other items are similar. Is 7-11 pricing regulated ? who sets the price increase on items .... is it CP ? the factory ? or the farmer ? have you noticed a sharp increase in stuff you buy ? I realize Makro & Tesco and others have increased slightly, which is indicative of inflation, but I'm wondering why some prices have really escalated.
