Why did you marry? And maybe why did you do it again?
xtrnuno41 replied to OneMoreFarang's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
Well as you could read in my comment, I am/was not the only one. The only factor remains, change in women's thoughts. A pop in the brain. As i said before it doesnt matter how good you do, or even think you are doing. If you didnt experienced it, well done. I envy you. As I found out, it is rare. It is absolutely not a common thing and in these times even harder. I even heard about people married for 50 yeas and getting a divorce at age 70. Well mentioned my sis, just a pop in the brain and all changes. In the choices you make you really have to be lucky, as it can change rapidly or dosed in years with a final pop in brain. You cant evaluate that. Then you find out you were mistaken. Mariage just BS. Women divorce just like that, taking as much as they can from you. That is when the brain had popped, they are your worst enemy then. Nothing is left of the woman , you thought, you once knew. -
Why did you marry? And maybe why did you do it again?

I really wouldnt know. When i was way younger, you start a family. It is all complete than as family, wife, kids in mariage Until my wife changed her mind, finished. No matter kids, no matter you had, in my eyes, good life. Nope, finished. Just a pop in the brain. I thought what is wrong with me, you doubt yourself. I found out, I wasnt the only one having these experiences, so felt a bit relieved. However no more full time dad anymore and you deal with indoctrination of your kids by %&%$^& then. Looking back, it wasnt worth a thing. Being married and/or having kids. I regret it. Again im not the only one. There is even a group in in "my" country, called "foolish fathers". Yup all divorced and thrown away as being a father. Fighting for some rights to see their kid(s). And mostly as mummy had decided for that divorce. I was 32 yo then and many of those men were in that same age of divorcing. I call it therefor "midlife " crisis of women. My sis was a true Christian from young age, all was god in her family. I thought she never would divorce. Wrong, at age 52 she divorced from god and her husband, after 34 years of mariage and 39 years of god. Mariage? Its just a contract and mostly working for the woman. Maybe i should have sued her for breaking that contract, for "millions". Instead of the other way around. Didnt think it about that then. I would recommend any guy NOT to marry. And if you still want, take care of divorce FIRST. 10 years later, stupidly enough, married again, but already plan on divorcing, prenups. That mariage was a real big mistake, woman with a really hidden agenda, i found out. But ok s**t happens. Women can hide very well, is my experience. Until they show some or on purpose break open and then it is most of the time, the end. For now, for the rest of my life, no more mariage and be aware even more. I seem to be "very lucky" with women, NOT. It doesnt matter how good you are as partner, husband or friend, when the women's brain pop, you are done. -
Air Hostess job : Could it be a scam?
xtrnuno41 replied to 2long's topic in Jobs, Economy, Banking, Business, Investments
They are asking, but if you do, do it by emirate site, first you have to login, you make an account. Then you get probably all questions about you. You are then in the right place with the right personal protection. They have an office in BK and that should be the place where you first go for JOB INTERVIEW. Anything else would be stupid, certainly for such a big company. See what you get when you click on "apply" and choose Thailand. Note they say, you can apply to be INVITED in BK. You need first criteria to pass and then could be invited for job interview in BK. Not in any other way. The scam, someone asked for, can be human trafficking. They take away your passport and you become a prostitute or they even sell you, to be someones slave. In Pattaya, they have the Russian mob and they lure Russian women to Thailand for prostitution. In the way i just described. First requirements. Already got the job? Impossible, fake , scam. Forget it. Start over then on official website. if she really wants. About the scam, they take your passport and you will have to work as prostitute or you are being sold to be someones slave. In Pattaya is The Russian mob working like that, luring Russian women to work as prostitute. -
Well you never know. I know a guy in Philippines, did school in medical job. Paid by his mom. He graduated and could even have a job teaching in medical job. No, he became a barista. A docu on tv showed me a child in Africa, 10 years old, doing hard labor, carrying 20 kg bags, 12 hours /day for just a dime. No parents, just had to do it to provide(?) for himself. In other countries kids cant do work and certainly not at his age and the work. And there were more kids doing that "job". He was about the youngest. And certainly not "nice" leading personnel, which of course were adults. Already red from Thailand, hotels couldnt get workers, even paying them way more. Still Thai go to Finland to pick berries, it seemed it had some improved, but you have to travel there, making first costs. Now in "my" country, we have lack of all working people. Nurses, police, teachers, operators, doctors, but also working hands in kitchens of restaurants or serving. Also at the airport there is a shortage on luggage handlers and security people. There can be lines of people waiting OUTSIDE for a 100 meter or more. I red salary went down in years from 3500 to 2200 euro. It is a miracle there are still security personnel working there. Maybe independent workers then, as they ask way much more. However more airports in EU having that problem. Why you have that problem in your business, i cant say. But saying "i will teach her a lesson" mentality is not a good way in running your business. I can understand your emotion, but just stick to business wise. Accept, do what you have too do and leave it. And why they are running away? The answer my friend is blowing in the wind.

Mirror: Huge screen falls on dancers at Hong Kong boy band concert
xtrnuno41 replied to webfact's topic in World News
Just looked up for just a rope, the breaking strength. Beaufort – double braid polyester 6 mm 1129 kg I dont think a flatscreen is weighing that much, maybe 100 kg? A solar panel with glass is 25 kg, so screen 4 times bigger is 100 kg. But even then 1129 kg breaking strength on a 6 mm rope ! Frame of screen couldnt handle it? You cant hang it? Wrong connecting clips What broke now? OK, whatever. At least wrong mechanics preparing the stuff. -
I was curious and looked in google maps. Indeed One Bangkok is busy there and i could find they are building a multi purpose building of 436 meters high. Investing indeed. Trying to attract the super rich, i guess. As Thai government promotes wealthy foreigners to come. And if you want to compete with Dubai, then Thailand really need to do a lot. As in Dubai there are less (no?) demands, you dont need to invest and even pay no tax. Many super rich are already there. So Thailand is (too?) late. A super rich only will be in Thailand, if he really needs to be in Thailand then or the buildings must have really so much more then in Dubai. The area for that new tower(s) should be complete overhauled, as Dubai is way more nicer to live. But in Dubai they started with just sand and all is really new. It shows in numbers of super rich living there. Centara is competition then. so they must invest as well and also make such a building? Nice 2 towers facing each other. Then maybe connected to the Aetas or will it go down? Therefor temporarily closed (in google maps)? I didnt find it on internet, only many sites still say you could book, well maybe if you enter sites they will tell, you cant. In China they made cities, for "common" people and they are completely empty. Prices too high, miscalculation. Also buildings made, sold apartments and then for other apartments they lowered price. Yeah the people who bought at full price didnt like that. And the biggest building company there bankrupt. In Manila they had a very big mall built, to attract foreigners. Way out of Manila. In the time I was there only about 5 shops were open and all other floors and shops unfinished and closed. With that 463 meter high building in BK? Well maybe companies succeed, but i wouldnt bet on it. We will see in future. I think it is a courageous step, as the building will cost more then a fleet of submarines with no engine or a flock F35's which cant shoot.

BMA prepares for Chao Phraya River overflows from end of July
xtrnuno41 replied to snoop1130's topic in Bangkok News
Maybe they should make a pipeline to the Mekong river, as that one is low in water. As China holds back a lot of water, for own gain. It helps 2 ways, less water in BK and more in Mekong, maybe with agreement with Cambodia, Laos. As the electricity production (dams) could go up again, More secured? Besides the eco system which China destroyed could be coming back again. It is better then a zoo. Was checking on biggest pump, but seems "my" country has one. Im flabbergasted. 60000 ltr/second, 5,364 Hp. Looks like this: Guiness World Records holder. World’s most powerful water pump with flow rate of 60,000 litres/second -
Huh? Blistering on genitals, so expecting SEXUAL transmitted disease. Like herpes. Did they do the test then right? Or someone with monkey pox touched his willy? He was already long time in Thailand, thus infection should be from within Thailand. Someone else is nr 1. Is it really monkey pox? Monkey pox is a SOCIAL transmitted disease. Skin to skin contact and i red even the crusts, at the end of the stage, can cause infections again. They use the same letters, so it is confusing. You dont need to have sex to get infected by monkey pox. SO you have STD which can mean sexual or social transmitted disease.

About costumes, it is Thai culture or maybe military government rules? Thai officers always must wear their costume on Monday. Depending on many events they need to wear sometimes specific color clothes. It can be green, yellow or what ever is demanded by top for that "special" day. IF you dont have, you need to buy it specially for that day. Every now and then my wife surprises me with those demands of the top. What can i say, nothing, it is Thailand

Monkeypox-infected Nigerian who fled Phuket found in Phnom Penh
xtrnuno41 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
The Thai detected his cellphone (!) signal on Thursday in Sa Kaeo. That is Thailand, but they didnt arrest him. No action what so ever to get him, so he could infect more Thai and other people. Well done! Then he was arrested in Phnom Penh, but on what ground then? Ok, could be public danger. I hope they wore at least gloves with the arrest, as you cant touch/handle him barehanded. You should have worn a special suit to arrest him, so you really cant get in touch with him anyway. Monkey pox travels by skin contact. A cat in the narrow, makes strange jumps. He easily could have threatened the police officers to stay free. And you could have a wildwest event, catching him. -
Already an indication something is not right. She is annoyed by it, why? Of course then find out something was wrong and she should act like interested and act on it then. She is caught. Just theater mentality. Maybe she indeed knows, but it is manager lifting customers? And the profit of the scam is divided by all workers? 2203 Baht difference between the 2 bills. if you do that, say 50 customers a day, it is an extra profit of 110000 baht-ish/day ! Up to a million or more a week if you add some other products to it with the same scam. Maybe wrong label on package or on purpose? Everything is possible. Once experienced in Phuket in a 7/11 and I got to less money back and claimed it. Then all at a sudden the register was broke and they couldnt retrieve and more of that bla bla bla. Just theater mentality. However they gave me the right amount of money back then. So they KNEW! In fact they already took the extra money, as a piece of it came out of her bra ! So that was even more stupid for them to do so. Really right in front of me and other customers. She did quick, but i was watching. Money,....it's a drag.

Protesters against biomass power plant rally at Thai Energy Ministry
xtrnuno41 replied to snoop1130's topic in Bangkok News
So what is wrong with that, a bio mass generator? They also should put one up in CM, so all 2.5 particle is not an issue anymore. Burning in an oven instead of out in the open with lots of smoke, dominating the air over there and even in BK. I know there is one in Satun, nothing wrong with it, running on rubber trees and so on. But there is a conflict of interest in the deals, high officials are major stock holders, so almost owing the company. Subsidies of government going that way? Buying land cheap or what ever you can think. Construction is questionable and monopoly? -
IM not a lawyer and cant specific recommend one, but you ll need a good one. Thailand: Siam Legal? You were married in BK, so Thai ruling would be first in line priority? IF you had the assets in UK prior to marriage then those assets belong to you. Thai ruling. In Thailand however you put company, house in her name, saying it was all done by her own money, all though every one knows, you did it. But it is Thai law. Though weird you had to make her director before leaving. Weird you choose this construction at all, but ok its a choice. With a divorce, i couldnt tell which legal way is followed then. The way of UK or Thai ways? In UK ways then it could be you loose half of your assets then. If by UK ruling, the other assets in Thailand will also then be included in the divorce. Then maybe you can even sue her for malpractices and include that with the divorce? Important to know, how is divorce handelt and where. If in UK and by UK ruling, you could have the problems about your UK assets. In Thailand maybe not. Otherwise you have to refuse to divorce in UK and divorce in Thailand, but in Thailand you will loose the Thai assets, but not your UK's, IF you had the assets prior to Thai marriage. First dont think anymore, anyhow positive about your wife, as it is WAR. How long can she stay in UK? Kick her out, if possible. Preventing a UK divorce. If UK divorce threatens your UK assets and you want to protect that. But sure you need a pretty good lawyer, a real pitbull. You already had 2 lawyers quitting. The best way with getting married, is too plan your divorce prior to it. To hell with pink glasses and have prenups and so on. Mariage is a trap. Once you had a wife, but you ended up with the devil. Seen, heard, lived it. If i could do my live again with the knowledge of now. It would be complete different, but ok no use crying over spilt milk. And yes kids could be a victim of it all, take care of your daughter. Not only now, but also later in time.

Bottled Palm Oil Prices to Fall to B64-69/Liter
xtrnuno41 replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
Declining prices? If im right, I worked in a new plant, which was going to make bio propane from palm oil. Not yet in Thailand? Maybe worth thinking about that. -

Should Thailand buy oil and gas from Russia and Iran?
xtrnuno41 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Would love to buy petrol for, what is it now, 37 baht? Now i pay in "my "country 92 baht/LTR. I have to drive to Belgium, where it is 72 Baht, combining it then with buying tobacco, also cheaper. Most of the price is tax for government. We are the champions in highest price of the world, we beat Hong Kong. hooray! -

xtrnuno41 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News

Should Thailand buy oil and gas from Russia and Iran?
xtrnuno41 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
They better act fast. In EU they are very slow and now Uniper, located Germany (Finnish) gas supplier is in big trouble and with that all of EU. All is connected with each other, so whole EU is getting into problems. The company is almost bankrupt and need financial support. And Germany (maybe EU?) HAS too do so, otherwise lots of problems. For household and industrie every where in EU. Another thing is 11 juli there would be normal maintenance on the gas pipeline from Russia and the question is, will Russia open the pipeline again? Hurray for all our "leaders", again they mess up the whole world. Could there be a criminal organization, like a Spectre? Yeah yeah, it is from James Bond, but... many weird things happened when we entered the new age. There was SARS, MERS and later covid. Financial crisis in 2008, then we had covid, now Russia, with included an energy crisis and in that time a breakdown in digital coins. And not to forget climate change. It is a weird time (again or still?) -
Now it is Russia, but once you had USA invading Vietnam killing, slaughtering for 20 years, just because the system was "communism" . No one ever cried, was just normal. Everyone crying over Ukraine now, but in Yemen there is a war going on already for 8 years. You dont hear much about that and the people over there are way more in a bad position. But not so important to have it in news everyday. No, it's Putin and they all hate him, thanks to indoctrination of USA, as it is still "communism". Wait a while and then China starts with Taiwan. Will be the next round in absurdities of "leaders". Or Afghanistan will be back? Syria? Belarus? Can go on and on, there are so many things that hit the fan. Fact is , there are too many people on this earth, we have to cut back.
