My only concern right now is Cornel West. This dude is running as a 3rd party candidate. If he gets any traction, he'll mostly siphon votes from Biden. Too early to tell if this guy is serious, but surely he knows that the best he could do is help Trump.

I stand corrected...although the incumbent prevailed in every instance. Biden has no serious challenger, particularly as every Dem would prefer him over Trump.

Leave it to Fox News to fan the flames of this non-issue. How many kids are we talking about? It seems the right has found something to be enraged about. Hatred for trans people is way up as a result. But to most of us normal people, it's just not something I think about at all. Not my business.

While it would be interesting, I don't see that happening. Pence is too much of a wimp and Trump....he doesn't see Pence as a threat. Trump might even throw some compliments Pence's way.....only so that the former VP will take votes away from DeSantis. Say what you want about Trump, but the dude knows how to play the game.

Con artists the world over spend considerable time and resources trying to find the most gullible people who will fall for their scams. It's not easy...most people aren't that stupid. But D. Trump has made it easy. His supporters have got to be some of the dumbest people alive. They will fall for most anything. My message to these scammers is....KEEP AT IT! These people will gladly hand their money over and be happy about it. Seriously, the Trump fundraising mailing list could be the most valuable data base in history.

That's just not true. Biden wants Russia to get out of Ukraine. And he's going to help the Ukrainians do that on their own. Biden has never suggested that the US would send in American troops. Trump on the other hand has no problem with Russia invading Ukraine and wants to end the conflict by giving Putin whatever he wants. Trump would not lift a finger to help Ukraine. Therein lies the difference.

This is just nonsense. I don't know any "left wingers" today who want wars in foreign countries. But if you can provide some evidence, I'm happy to be proven wrong.

He can't win votes he's already got. This only appeals to the MAGA types. Perhaps he's trying to keep them from defecting to DeSantis. But this won't help Trump in the general election.

The only thing Obama was guilty of was being black while President. MAGA folks will never forgive him for that.

It's pretty clear that DeSantis only said he'd consider it just to appease the MAGA base that he needs. But if DeSantis manages to make it through the primary and general, he would have been on the receiving end of countless Trump attacks and insults over many months. I doubt he's going to be feeling magnanimous towards Trump.

Perhaps you've been asleep the last 6 years, but yes, Trump has divided the country. And for his next trick, he will be dividing the Republican party. That may not be such a bad thing.
