I would not hold my breath waiting for that to happen. Unless the current and/or future government changes the rules, there is nothing stopping them from renewing the senators appointments or replacing individual senators. IMHO the only way to do that is to get a brand new civilian government put in charge and a new constitution disbarring all appointed senators. However that will mean scrapping and rewriting the current constitution, getting it vetted by parliament and the Thai citizens, amending it if necessary, then holding a referendum to get the new constitution passed. There is only 9 months left before May 2024, and again in my opinion it will take the best part of 2 years to complete the task.

You are the one who is claiming that President has been paid, but as you and several other posters claiming similarly, NONE of you can come up with any proof, none of you were involved in any of those conversations. Yet all of you deny the evidence given by Hunter Biden's business partner (who actually WAS there), and freely gave his evidence to R Comer's oversight committee. Does it not occur, to you that if there was any truth and evidence in his testimony, that R Comer would be shouting it from the rooftops. Yet the committee has remained silent. President Biden has released his tax return every year for many years, and has not shown any income from any company owned and operated by Burisma.

It seems to me to be Catch 22 problem where to get rid of the military in government. As they are in power at this time the only way to achieve that is for the current government to allow themselves to be removed, the 250 senators to be removed and the constitution to be changed. There is no way that the current government and the senators will vote for that, hence Catch 22.

So were you present during these business calls and have a transcript of every word spoken? A simple yes or no question with no other answer necessary. If your answer is yes then you have evidence and proof then you should produce it. If your answer is no, then you have NO proof and your post is a waste of time and space.

Which Biden would that be? President Biden or his son, Hunter. We know that Hunter was involved but not his father. That part is NOT fairly clear. Un;ess, of course you personally know more that anybody else and have clear and uncontroversial proof that it is so. However in a court of law an allegation is NOT proof. Is that clear enough for you? If you have such proof, then please post it to the oversight committee, chaired by R Comer, as despite hundreds of man hours, vast amounts of money, and as yet have NO proof of President Biden's involvement in Hunter Biden's business. I hope that you are getting better. Until and unless it happens to them, most posters have no idea what it is like to remember something, go to do it and then wonder what you were going to do when you get there, Some posters will laugh and joke about it, until happens to them, when it isn't funny anymore. At the least, Thaksin stood for public election and the PTP became the legally elected government. He is the only civilian PM in Thai history to serve a full 4 year term, following which he stood again and the PTP won an overall majority at a free and fair election. How many generals have EVER stood in any election? The answer is NONE. How many generals have EVER been punished for committing a military coup?The answer is the same. NONE. They prefer to steal the entire country at the point of a gun, backed up by tanks. Then they tear up the constitution and write another in their own favour, and include a blanket amnesty for themselves for ALL past, present and future acts. Something that Thaksin never did. Do they respect the majority of the Thai people? The current impasse over the legal vote for Pita and the MFP should give you a clue. They are terrified of the Thai people taking control of the country legally, as they know that their only power is fear, backed by guns. If they lose that fear, then they are finished. It has been said that the people hate the military. IMHO it is not the military that they hate, but those generals who control it, and those above the generals, all the way up who direct it.
