You could have tried talking to the banks call centre. You will need a smartphone so that you can be on the speaker, and select which language you need, and follow the directions from there. TMB Thanachart Bank Call centre number 1428 That will lead you onto their " for this service press this number etc" You can select the English language and work from there.

IIRC, KBank charge 20 baht for an out of province withdrawal. I have no idea what Bangkok Bank charges.

Yet because only one, yes only one, parent has complained the film is now not permitted to be shown to second graders. Perhaps it is just me but IMO some parts of the USA are simply falling apart. Perhaps what the school ought to have done is take o survey of all second grade student parent for the last 5 years and see how many other second graders have been affected. Then they can post and give the result to the complaining parent and talk about majority rules.
