As I pointed out on this forum some years ago, but was "over ruled" by a certain poster ( still here ) that thinks it's been commandeered by the Jews to only refer to them. In a way it's an inter tribal war between the same ethnicities, a sort of civil war. It's a shame to see that they are still in the same "eye for an eye" culture that they had 2,000 years ago, just with better weapons. Pity they didn't listen to Jesus with his message of forgiveness. We might all be better off if they had.

I can't think of any other reason for not making netanyahu call a halt. So, Blinken is saying what Biden wants, and the Arabs are having none of it.

The political fighting in NZ has been worse with multiple parties in government than when it was 2 parties.

While not really equivalent I was a hospital trained nurse at a time that it was being transferred to university ie more theory than practical. While Uni graduates had the theory they were useless for the first year till they learned what we learned while training. One more woke idea that was <deleted>. It was easy to pick a Uni graduate as they didn't know how to take a blood pressure when they started. Not being a Uni graduate certainly never held me back as far as doing what I wanted to do, and I worked in Saudi and the UK to get more money than in NZ, which had pitiful pay rates and conditions.

They want, but not prepared to do the hard work to have it. There is no free lunch, but some think there is. I agree about the capitalists scam.
