    Yes it's correct, you no longer have the option of an in person application. You can prepare the application in advance, and finish/submit it when you are in Vietnam. You'll need to upload some proof of being there, I believe passport entry stamp is accepted.

    I can confirm that a Kasikorn statement, in Thai, will show Wise deposits as foreign transactions. And it matters not how much or for what stated purpose the transaction is for.

    The original story I read was talking about a 94% increase in cancellations. That is hardly the same as a 94% drop in tourists. I think TAT may well be right this time.

    My book has only one page for the property address (page 1), all the other pages are to record the people that live there. Guessing a new book is needed, and the old one in theory should be updated to remove you from it.

    "Yes" would work. "Blank" will work. It's not important and if they have any issue with it they will tell you. If flying out get them to do the whole thing at the airport.

    Unlikely. Those without "online access" will be using them now. I suspect a boom in the travel agency industry is not coming as a result of this.

    There are zero details of the proposed system. So until they are announced it's anyone's guess how things will work.

    You can be flexible. Your visa has already expired. The "enter before" date on the visa is the expiry date. So provided you leave after that January date, and before the current March permission to stay date, you will be fine. You can re-enter any time after leaving, can be before the current March date if that suits your plans.

    Presumably you haven't already left and returned since the original entry on the OA, i.e., in the first 12 months? Leaving before it expires is no issue but If you re-enter with a still valid OA then yes it may/will cause issues. Of course if you don't have renewed insurance they might not give you a non-OA entry but rather than attempt that route simply re-enter after it has expired.

    As said she applied too early. And its the TDAC that is coming for all, it is not a visa. She really needs to do nothing until July.

    Yes you can, don't forget if you chose that option you may be asked for onward travel proof, a small thing but not to be overlooked.
