    I don't think you would be able to do the first extension based on income unless you've been transferring 65k/month for a year at the time of application given the the UK embassy doesn't do the income letter.

    Neither Banglamung, not needed, nor a witness. I also didn't need to get my passport translated/certified for the marriage in Bangrak, only the embassy affadavit.

    Depends on the definition of residence. I think what they really want is proof of presence.

    Why? Still can go to a nearby country and make an e-visa application, just don't have to physically attend the embassy. I am guessing they will all be asking for some proof of "residence", entry stamp/hotel booking, etc.

    Yes. As of tomorrow through the Thai e-visa portal. Depending on your location the application will either be processed in Hanoi or HCMC but you will not need to attend either the embassy or consulate.

    Would you have pitied him years ago when he refused to use his meter and demanded 300 baht for a 50 baht ride? He and his mates literally drove their customers away.

    Had Christmas lunch there a couple of years ago, so basically a Sunday lunch, superb, a different league from the pubs mentioned, although you get what you pay for and the pubs also do a fine job up to a point.

    - For the UK address I would use your UK driving licence. Whilst not listed on the embassy website it has been reported as being accepted. - You can show 800k in your Thai account. That's what I did (1 month statement). Doing this you will only submit 1 document with a UK address so ought to avoid any issue with multiple addresses.

    It was actually better than expected, plenty of it, crispy and tasty but not overcooked.

    Had this one a couple of weeks back. Best burger I've had for some time. Double "Trucker" smash burger from Barney's Burger Joint on Soi 23. THB 260. Not the easiest thing to eat but well worth the effort.

    Utter nonsense as already mentioned, and this is in no way whatsoever relevant to a question about obtaining a visa. I think you posted in the wrong forum.

    I think more interesting than the turnaround time is whether the multi-entry is even going to be possible any more, it is not normally available via the e-visa portal.

    I applied in February with a 1 month (January) statement. My 800k had been in my account for 4 weeks at the time of application although the embassy website only asks for "current balance".

    Where, physically, are your 2 SIM cards? And what are they, both AIS or AIS and ANOther? And the mystery number, Thai or ....?

    And you've registered the AIS number on your Wise account? Meanwhile ask somebody independent of AIS to send you an SMS as a test.
