marriage visa after leaving thailand
ubonjoe replied to Lolothai's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
I don't recall immigration ever asking for it. I think having a Kor Ror 2 or 22 marriage registry will meet the requirement. If needed you could probably use a statement from the village headman for where you are living. -

You will need a letter from the bank confirming your account and a copy of your updated bank book showing the 400k baht in the account. List of requirements is here: https://www.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/6.FOR-PROVIDING-SUPPORT-TO-OR-BEING-A-DEPENDANT-OF-A-THAI-CITIZEN-SPOUSE-VISA-NON-O.pdf -
There are clinics that will do the certified test result. You can get a antigen test at Suvarnabhumi 24 hours a day while you wait. Location is here: https://goo.gl/maps/1jJZ4UR4fJpgq5e18

You are lucky the transfers have come through the Bangkok Bank Branch in New York without setting up direct deposit account. Maybe it slipped through since it shows it came from the SSA or US treasury to meet the ACH transfer requirement IAT code. All of this has been discussed on the Home Country forum many times.

Thailand Pass Turnaround Time?
ubonjoe replied to NoDisplayName's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
You are applying way to early. Best to wait until early July since the requirements could change or it may not be required then. It is advertised as a 48 hour turnaround for one at this time. -
I got mine started from here and dealt with the SSA office in Manila. At that time the way have the payments sent to Bangkok Bank was via the New York branch. The International Direct Deposits (IDP) to any Thai bank started in late 2018. The transfers are done from the SSA in Thai baht and are not shown as international transfers.

To have the transfers setup be done via Bangkok Bank in New York you need to open a special direct deposit account. Info here: https://www.bangkokbank.com/en/Personal/Other-Services/Transfers/Transferring-Into-Thailand/Transfer-money-from-US-to-Thailand-via-Bangkok-Bank-NewYork-branch If wanting to set up a International Direct Deposit (IDP) you have to have a form completed and sent to the office in Manila. Apparent your transfers are in Thai baht and are arrive via the Bank Of Thailand that creates the baht net code. You will need to get a credit advice to prove they were transferred from abroad. The GPSD code if for a internal transfer from Bangkok to your local bank.
