I cannot find if now either. Apparently they have ended the bank draft option. That could cause problems for people that don't have a debit or credit card to pay for it. -

They both need non-o visa to apply for a extension. Immigration does not issue non-o visas for family members of those applying for extension based upon retirement. -

It appears that Myanmar is not doing the day passes (500 baht) that they were doing before. It might be possible if you had a visa for Myanmar. -
She should apply for a non-o visa based upon being a member of his family. And then after arriving here she can apply for a extension of stay at immigration that will be issued for his length his of stay from the OA visa. If she does not get the non-o visa before arriving here she will need to go to a nearby embassy or consulate to apply for it.

There is no longer a requirement to show you have been fully vaccinated or to provide a covid 19 test to enter Thailand. You would need to check what is required for entry to the other country. -

You can apply for the non-o visa with a visa exempt entry. You may have to apply for a 30 day extension before you are able to apply for it. Go to immigration with the require financial proof from your bank -

A non-o visa for retirement is number 9 on the webpage I posted. You must have at least 15 days remaining on your current stay to apply and meet the financial requirements. I suggest you try at the Samui office again. What type of entry do you have now? The requirements at all offices are about the same. -

The Cambodia, Laos and Malaysia border crossings are open. It should not be a problem to leave and re-enter the country at about any of them -

What was the reason you want for apply for the non-o visa for? You can certainly apply for certain reasons a non-o visa at immigration. Here is a list of the visas that immigration will issue. https://www.immigration.go.th/en/?page_id=2537 Click the one you want to apply for and it will open a file with ther requirements. -

You can apply for the one year extension 2 months from the day you had 400k baht in your account. That would be on November 30th. -

You can apply for the 60 day extension today and will start from end of your current extension. It would end on December 16th.
