Date collecting Approved extension stamp
ubonjoe replied to recom273's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
At most offices it is not a problem if you go to immigration a few days after the report back date on the under consideration stamp. -
Marriage To Thai In Australia
ubonjoe replied to Basso53's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
You would not need the Kor Ror 22 to apply for a extension based upon retirement. But your marriage should still be registered at a Amphoe for your marriage to be recognised by Thailand. -
Marriage To Thai In Australia
ubonjoe replied to Basso53's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Your marriage in Australia will need to be registered at a Amphoe to get a Kor Ror 22 foreign marriage registry. You marriage certificate must be certified by the Australian government. If I recall correctly it can be done at Australian embassy here. After getting the certification it and your marriage certificate will need to be translated to Thai and and the translation certified by the Department of Consular Affairs of the MFA in Bangkok. -
Non O - 11 week trip
ubonjoe replied to nicholasgee99's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
When? I was going by general info for the requirements at many embassies and consulates. The UK embassy site states this. "Proof of relationship to a family in Thailand, e.g. a copy of marriage certificate / birth certificate / certificate of adoption Personal details of a family in Thailand, e.g. ID card, Passport and the visa page or stay permit in Thailand" Source: https://london.thaiembassy.org/en/publicservice/84508-non-immigrant-visas?page=5d6636cd15e39c3bd00072dd&menu=5f4b6eb3f6ae4b236972c562 What if the family member did not have a Thai passport? Best to be prepared for anything. Things do change. A little different now. https://thaiembdc.org/2020/07/11/foreigners_family/ Also much different it you were applying for it at a Honorary Consulate before covid 19. -
You will show immigration a copy of your e visa and be prepared for them to keep it. They will then do the arrival stamp for 60 days from the day your arrive. Don't worry about how you name is written on the e visa. That is the way it is done. Be sure you have a copy of your e visa when you apply for the 30 day extension of the 60 days you will get when entering the country.

It is not queue date in anyway. The email is only a reminder generated and sent automatically based upon on the existing report date from a previous 90 day report date. The can do their 90 day report due 90 days from arrival up to 2 weeks before the report date. They will enter their new arrival date here when they do the 90 day report online application.

Country of departure Thailand Pass
ubonjoe replied to billypla's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Departure country is the country you start your trip to here form. In you case it would be Ireland. You use the flight number for the one that you arrive in Thailand on. -

Arrive 8th, Visa extension before 25th?
ubonjoe replied to kman90's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
If entering with a tourist visa or visa exempt you would normally have to apply for the 30 day allowed for them prior to applying for a 60 day covid 19 extension. -
Travelling day after my tourist visa expires
ubonjoe replied to Drew3223's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
It is not a problem when traveling domestically. The only check the first page of a passport for identity purposes when checking in and at security. -

Re-entry permit, recommend insurance
ubonjoe replied to playboy's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
It should be accepted when you apply for a Thailand Pass if it states it will cover covid 19 treatment here. -
Non O - 11 week trip
ubonjoe replied to nicholasgee99's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Only a copy of page one and the page she is shown on is needed. If she has a Thai passport then she is certainly registered in a house book. -
Second try to enter Thailand on a new OA visa
ubonjoe replied to theghizmo's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
For a new Non-OA visa application it was changed on October 1st of 2021. For those on a OA visa issued before October 1st it will be required on September 1st of this year. Clear info is here. https://longstay.tgia.org/guidelineoa -
If applying for a Non-OA visa the medical/covid 19 insurance has to be valid for one year. It is the same requirement at all embassies and official consulates. If using a Non-OA visa for entry the the medical/covid 19 insurance must be valid for you length of stay in the country you will get stamped in for using a OA visa issued after October 1st of 2021.

That may be a problem with using a mobile browser for the site. What browser are you using? I works good with Chrome on a android tablet (8").
