You have to apply for the non-o visa at Chaeng Wattana immigration. Laski only does extensions for visa exempt entries. You would only use a TM86 form if you entered with a tourist visa. If you were to ill to travel to immigration and you had somebody do the extension for you it would not change the type of extension you would get as long as they had all the supporting documents for the extension based upon retirement.
