  1. Immigration has not posted a notice on their website yet. I think they may be accepting the application now. I suggest you contact immigration at Chaeng Wattana about it
  2. The re-entry permit desk is still open in immigration zone 2 after security and before the departure immigration desks.
  3. If fully vaccinated the quarantine period in a ASQ is only 7 days now. You can go anywhere after doing the 7 days. See this infographic. https://thaiembdc.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/Non-Thai-info1.jpg
  4. The infographic on the website has not been updated. Same for the one for Phuket on the COE website. But the one for everywhere says 7 days for everywhere.
  5. The 2nd dose of vaccine must be done at least 2 weeks before your date of departure. They should accept your COE application if you meet that requirement.
  6. Yes Embassies don't care about extension done by immigration since they have nothing to do with them.
  7. Your extension ended on the day you left the country. No problem to apply for a tourist visa.
  8. Have you looked at this page on the embassy website. https://th.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/local-resources-of-u-s-citizens/getting-married-in-thailand/
  9. It appears immigrations extranet is down. I got the same message for TM30 and 90 reports.
  10. You do not need a medical insurance if applying for a non-o visa based upon marriage. The covid 19 insurance would only need to be valid for the 90 days the non-o visa allows when entering the country. The Thai embassy would accept your NZ marriage certificate. To apply for a one year extension based upon marriage at you would need to register your foreign marriage at a Amphoe to get a Kor Ror 22 marriage registry. You will need your NZ marriage certificate legalized. Info for the legalization of NZ document is here on the Thai embassy website in English and Thai. https://wellington.thaiembassy.org/th/publicservice/legalising-new-zealand-documents?page=5d75fe3d15e39c06b80067a5&menu=5d75fe3d15e39c06b80067a6 Then after arriving here it would have to be translated to Thai and certified by Department of Consular Affairs of the MFA in Bangkok.
  11. The same thing was showing when opened the app after applying for my extension in August. Butt it never showed it as a over overstay. Then when I did a successful 90 day report using the app on September 4th it changed to the new extension date that I entered on the application. I posted about it in the pinned topic for online reporting.
  12. He should of already received another email or will in few days with his stickerless visa. To: OP when did your receive that email? Have you received another email that is you stickerless visa? The 43 days is only what you entered when you applied for the e-visa. You will be stamped into the country for 60 days when you enter the country.
  13. She is married to a Thai and can keep the work permit when she changes the reason for the extension. Read the earlier posts again.
  14. I don't understand what states 43 days. A tourist visa is valid to use for entry to the country for 3 months from the day is it is issued and allows one entry valid for 60 days. Immigration would stamp you into the country for 60 days. Where does it say 43 days on your visa.
  15. The is correct. The rules were changed in June of last year.
  16. At most office they will insist you do the standard 30 day extension before the covid 19 extension.
  17. Unless they plan on doing them there in the future that is not correct info. They only do short term extensions at the K counter there. That what this announcement from July states. https://bangkok.immigration.go.th/en/announcementcounter-k/ Longstay extensions are only done at Chaeng Wattana. You need to start doing the transfers as soon as possible and then go to the office and ask about using them. Most people turned down had been here on multiple entry non-o visas for a long time.
  18. The OP was asking about a TM30 report of your arrival at your residence not 90 day reporting.
  19. You could show proof of at 40k income from you embassy if they do it. You would need to show 12 months of transfers into a Thai bank from abroad to apply for the extension unless you have only been here for a few months. The may accept 2 or 3 months of transfers if you have been here for short period of time.
  20. They are the only ones staying that as far as I know. I have replied to your topic.
  21. They of insisted you do the standard 60 day extension to visit your wife before doing a covid 19 extension. You may be able to apply for the 60 day covid extension before November 26th when the current extension for them ends. If the embassy for your home country still does the proof income that is what immigration will insist you get instead of proving you income by transfers from abroad. There is vague rule that allows for only 2 or 3 months of 40k baht transfers from abroad. Immigration have been insisting on 12 months of transfers unless you just arrived in the country on a non-o visa. You would do the one year extension based upon upon marriage at Chaeng Wattana not MTT. MTT only does 30 day and 60 day covid extensions for visa exempt entries.
  22. Is your current 60 days a covid 19 extension? Or did you apply for a 60 day extension to visit your wife? You can apply for a covid 19 extension in either case. You will need a TM7 form and the standard passport copies and TM6 arrival card. You will need to complete this affidavit. 60 Day Covid 19 Extension Affidavit.pdf229.8 kB · 660 downloads
  23. I assume you mean the 60 day permit to stay (it is not a visa) you got when you entered the country is ending tomorrow. A visa cannot be extended. If immigration is closed when your permit to stay ends you can apply for a extension on the first day they are open without being fined for a overstay. If you do not do it on that day you can be fined 500 baht for every day of overstay.
  24. Annouced yesterday here on immigration website. https://www.immigration.go.th/read?content_id=5edc60af57d4c11ca4f2ae14 Fournd this URL on CM immigration site. https://cmimm.net/ Clicked request for appointment form and it worked.
