  1. Only one photo is needed for a TM7 application form.
  2. You are wrong. They will do the 90 day report past his permit to stay date. He will get the full 90 days. I had one due over 2 weeks after my permit to stay date that I did online last month.
  3. You have to do your report that is due now. There is no requirement to do another one when you apply for your extension.
  4. The problem is that embassies and consulates do not normally have anything to do with visa exempt entries. Immigration sets the rules for them and embassies are under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. For example the 30 day extensions of them have been allowed since 2014 when a new immigration order was issued. The only problem with applying is their requirement to submit a return or onward ticket with the application. If using the e visa site it is even easier now that they are issuing stickerless visas now. No need to mail in your passport and etc since they send you a email for the visa.
  5. They is a rarity. It was your first application there so maybe they just took they copies you had ready.
  6. They are available until September 30, 2022. The extended the order for them for a year.
  7. It is not correct. Just more incorrect info about visa exempt entries on a embassy website. You can apply for a 30 day extension of a visa exempt entry. They are available now up to November 27th. It is unknown whether they will extend the order for them again.
  8. The Thai embassy in US has changed their message on this page https://thaiembdc.org/visa_tourist_coe/ U.S. Passport Holders are not required to obtain a visa when entering Thailand for tourism purposes and will be permitted to stay in Thailand for a period not exceeding 30 days** on each visit or 15-day stays if arriving by land-crossing. Note I scratched out the 15 days at land borders since it was changed to 30 days years ago when they limited the entries to 2 per calendar year at land border crossings. They still show 45 days on another page but it does mention that it was going to expire on September 30th which is what has happened since they did not extend the order.
  9. People have applied for a non-ed visa at immigration. They certainly have not stopped accepting the application. The problem to do the application is that it requires documents to prove they are formal school such a university. But many schools and agents can make arrangement to get them for a informal school such as a language school.
  10. A return or onward ticket is a bogus requirement for any visa the embassies and consulates have created. A return or onward ticket is not a requirement if you have a valid visa to board a flight
  11. Others have used them for a visa application without a problem. Not sure they even check them.
  12. The ticket will be valid for for a few days if they check to see if is real ticket and you can pay a little for it to be valid longer.
  13. It is seems the officer made an error by starting the 60 days today. What I wrote is the normal procedure for doing it.
  14. I think you need to look closer at your extension stamp. The 60 days started from the end of your previous extension. The 14 days were not a extension. it is a under consideration period while waiting for your extension to be approved.
  15. A return or onward ticket is not required if you have a valid visa to use for entry to the country.
  16. You apparently had a multiple entry non-o visa that allowed unlimited 90 day entries for a year from the date is was issued. Those are not longer being issued in the UK.
  17. This long ongoing topic about PR has lot of info in it. https://aseannow.com/topic/74654-cameratas-guide-to-the-permanent-residence-process/?tab=comments#comment-801053
  18. The order for the STV's to be issued was extended for until September 30th of the next year. You cannot extend a existing STV. You have to apply for a new one at a embassy or official consulate.
  19. Immigrations extranet is down. None of the sites on it are working. It was down yesterday as well.
  20. A lot depends upon which embassy or official consulate you apply for the tourist visa. Most require you to supply proof of your flight to here when you apply. The insurance will be needed to apply for the certificate of entry online. I cannot predict what the situation will be in Bangkok in November. There is a getter chance that Krabi will have the sandbox then.
  21. Your children will need to be enrolled in a school before applying online for their single entry non-ed visas. Then after arriving they would apply for one year extensions of stay at immigration. You both would then apply for single entry non-o visas (the embassy or one of the official consulates will not issue a multiple entry visa). After arriving each of you would apply for a one year extension of stay based upon being the parent of your child attending a school. Each of you would need 500k baht in a Thai bank for 30 days to apply for the first extensions. Info is here on the embassy website. https://thaiembdc.org/2020/07/11/visa_coe_education/
  22. The rules allow a extension of stay application to be done with only 2 months of transfers from abroad. Whether the local immigration office you apply at accept it or not is hard to predict. If married to a Thai you would only need 40k baht of income or 400k baht in a Thai bank for 2 months on the day you apply for a extension of stay based upon marriage.
