  1. You can extend a 30 day visa exempt entry for 30 days at a immigration office. That embassy webpage is way out of date like many others. It mentions the old 90 days in 6 months rule that was rescinded in 2008.
  2. Moved to the forum support desk.
  3. Apparently there is a problem with the forum email server. Also no notification emails (messages and etc) are being sent out.
  4. I don't she would need to apply for a passport and pay extra to get it on the same day and the Department of Consular Affairs on Chaeng Wattana road is not the only place in Bangkok where it can be done. See: https://consular.mfa.go.th/th/publicservice/19745-สถานที่ให้บริการหนังสือเดินทาง
  5. That can easily be sorted out during a trip to here. Many people have passports with their maiden name on them and are still able to use it to travel and enter Thailand. It is possible to do it online but it requires her parents to register online to it. See: https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn24online/
  6. I think that will depend upon the immigration office the online report is done to. My report was due on the day I planned on going to immigration to have my stamps transferred so I submitted the online report the morning of that day. I printed out the TM47 for the report to show immigration but my report was approved a little over an hour after I submitted the report. I assume they cross referenced my name using their existing report records and approved it since I had done reports to that office before. If it had not been approved my intention was to show them the TM47 form and request they approve it when I got my stamps transferred. As it turned out the lady checking my documents was the officer that approved my report since she recognized my name and asked me about it. At some offices even getting your stamps transferred will not make a difference for doing online reports unless the check for a new passport number.
  7. It should be approved using your new passport number. I had one approved earlier this month using my new passport. Have had your stamps transferred to your new passport?
  8. Why does she not have a Thai passport? She can have and use both passports. Leave using her Australian passport and enter here using her Thai a passport. She can even enter with a expired passport. She also get a certificate of identity from the embassy in Canberra or the consulate in Sydney instead of a tourist visa. See: https://canberra.thaiembassy.org/emergency-travel-document/ Then apply for a Thai passport that takes less than a week to get here. 1. Yes 2. Yes 3. The would complete a TM30 form to report her arrival at their home. 4. Chaeng Wattana if she has tourist visa.
  9. I think I would try xxxxxxx or maybe ------- to see if it works.
  10. Your permit to stay date is not a required field. I have left it blank for every report I have done using the new system.
  11. An agent can arrange to do things differently than when a person does it in person.
  12. The message that that your report is due is solely generated by the online reporting system based upon when your last online report was done. It does not get updated when you leave and re-enter the country or do a report in person. You will be able to your next report online without a problem since there is no check of when you did your last report.
  13. You are wrong.l What is the black strip at the top this image of a pink ID card?
  14. If she is married to a Thai man she could apply for a 60 day extension to visit him. That could be done after the standard 30 day extension is done. She could also qualify for a one year extension of stay after getting a non-o visa without needing financial proof. Her husband may need to show some proof of income.
  15. You can use a one way ticket to anywhere to meet the onward ticket requirement that the airline might ask for. You can also get a temporary onward ticket online for about $15 (search for onward ticket and you will find many sites offering them).
  16. Immigration has not issued a order stating what is required for a extension after September 1st. Check a few embassy websites for what is needed to apply for Non-OA visa.
  17. There is no written age limit for a parent of a Thai to get a non-o visa or extension of stay.
  18. The rules states $100,000 baht. You will see 3 or 3.5 million baht stated dependent upon the exchange rate being used.
  19. Probably best to ask your insurer to include a statement that it covers covid 19 treatment. You only need 90 days coverage for a non-o visa application since that is the length of stay it allows.
