  11. The truth is you might just have a minor problem, but the indications could be far worse.....its time to get a proper diagnosis, go see Dr Olivier right now. To be clear, you don’t want to ruin your life with a stroke! I see the poor gents afterwards, it can ruin your retirement!
  12. Photocopy the forms and automatically end each year! TIT!!!
  13. For most people Acid Reflux is a issue with the Esophohogas muscle, ie your throat muscle does not remain closed and reflux occurs. Simple actions are: Do not sleep on your right side, elevate your bed head end (Important), do not eat after say 9pm. Change what you eat, less acidic, eat smaller portions. Buy some PPI's to reduce acid creation in the stomach, start with Omeprazole, after a year or so you may need to try Lansoprazole and eventually Pantoprazole. You could consider an operation to tighten the lower esophageal sphincter (LES), a muscle at the bottom of the esophagus, when it doesn't close properly, but this is not guaranteed! However for me the best answer was the IQORO method, a game changer, please read below. It really works! https://refluxuk.com/education-hub/what-is-iqoro
  14. That consideration has been rethought and long term use is accepted now.
  15. Ants etc are attracted by food particles, anything left out on a worktop will attract them. If you must leave your toaster out, then buy a sealable food bag and place the toaster ((cold) in the bag sealed when not in use. Finally clean your worktops and cupboards etc. Tea Tree oil is very effective against ants etc.
  16. Far better to go to Bang Saray beach for the day!

  18. Only potentially on the old state pension. In the UK, when a spouse or civil partner dies, the surviving partner may be eligible to inherit a portion of their deceased partner's Additional State Pension (also known as State Second Pension or SERPS) or a protected payment. The amount inherited depends on factors like the deceased's date of birth, when they reached state pension age, and whether they had deferred their pension. It should be noted this is NOT 50% of the pension, merely a very small payment, about £10 a month.
  19. The UK State Pension no longer offers any pension to foreign based wives. Exception: If she has a pension in her own name from her employment if any in the UK. Only on old style State Pensions. It should be noted this is NOT 50% of the pension, merely a very small payment, about £10 a month. Private pensions....it depends on the individual pension rules itself. (All different in general)
  20. HSBC Thailand only offer commercial accounts for businesses. Personal accounts are not available.
