    They are sent out as and when to persons mainly living abroad, to see you are still with us, note if you do not send back they will stop payment until received and would then backdated the payments outstanding. As a retired pension trustee I have signed countless of these for for colleagues, note it does not need a stamp etc, merely a recognised person to effect.

    By air is easy, just go out and on return the new passport will have the stamps and a reference to the old passport. However exiting by land could be full of issues as they really don't do old and new passports. It's a easy as that!

    I tried that within the past few weeks. Now WISE, will not allow two accounts with the same name or address or DOB until the 1st account is closed first, regardless of the new email address etc. So 1st account closed Apply for a new account Pay for a new WISE card. I spent quite a while trying other options, without success.
