  1. I arrived at my house in Nong Chok Bangkok at 9.00 am this morning. I then swung into action and looked everywhere I may have put my passport along with 3 Thai bank books. Her indoors found it where I didn't even look. Without playing the Thai blame game I thanked her and left it at that. We've been married for 25 years and she has a habit of picking up things that aren't hers and never putting things back to where she found them. Anyway I'm so relieved as a replacement Aussie visa is around 5,500 baht and all the bull<deleted> notifying the police and the Australian Immigration Department in Bangkok. So thanks all for your constructive replies, it was very much appreciated.
  2. As I'm in Pattaya it will be Jomtiem. I've already made an application to make my 90 days report online. I'm going back to my home in Bangkok tomorrow to see if I can find my passport. The irony is when in Pattaya I always leave my passport in my condos safe because a laminated cop is accepted there. That's why I'm almost sure I've left it in my Bangkok home as I'm not sure if laminated copies are accepted in Bangkok. My registered address is my condo in Pattaya.
  3. Hi there, I live between my house in Bangkok and my condo in Pattaya. I need to do a 90 days report by 01 July but I"ve misplaced my passport. I'm in Pattaya now so I must have misplaced my passport at my Bangkok house. Can I do a 90 days report using the passport and visa data on my laminated copy? If not can this report be done online? Thanks.
  4. I just completed this quiz. My Score 40/100 My Time 88 seconds
  5. And if things don't to plan Teflon Tony will reappear with his neck support.
  6. When the Thai fearless foreskin fusiliers move in this WAR will be over in no time. That is unless the Cambodians front up with their self made weapons. Then see who does a runner.
  7. Of course there were no Thai youth gangs who are heavily armed being singled out.
  8. Most male tourists wear a condom before having sex with a total stranger so why cant they keep a light weight shower cap in their bag if they're going to share a helmut from a motor bike taxi rider. Better still buy a pair of good fitting sports shoes and walk,
  9. So there were only 15 girls who got booked for hawking the fork in Soi Nana, obvious they weren't Thai because there's no prostitution in Thailand.
  10. Talking about safety at Asias most family orientated beach resort, what a about the DPP's ( Dreaded Pattaya Pavers )
  11. After being married for nearly 25 years my wife still leaves her foot ware in the middle of our front door way.
  12. I have a holiday house in Chaochoengsao when I'm on my computer I face a boom crossing on that same line. Many times no one stops when the boom lowers. There's been several fatalities and numerous injuries but no one ever puts it down to stupidty as it's just another accident when it happens.
  13. How can anything be surpassed when it doesn't exist?
  14. Just as a matter of interest can an Australian Passport be renewed by an agent in Pattaya, if so what would the approximate fee be. The last time I renewed my Aussie Passport in Bangkok was a real hassle considering where I lived at the time. If I can use an agent in Pattaya I'd gladly pay.
  15. The stories we read seem to suggest that only Thai bar girls take their partners to to the cleaners. I can assure you that this practice is world wide but that doesn't make headlines because everyone is aware of this,
  16. Then again the BIB may have been promised a happy ending after the dust has settled.
  17. I met my wife in a Pattaya bar and we've been married for the past 24 years. To my way of thinking there's 2 different types of girls who work bars in Pattaya. There's girls who are looking for a serious relationship and there's also career sluts. This will never change no matter who tries returning Pattaya to being a pristine family tourist resort, if it ever was. Nobody will never stop anything in Thailand if it's driven by money.
  18. The owner of bike seemed to grow a set of balls when he returned with the dirty herd. I must admit the 100 baht storage fee is a bit over the top. Surely this should've been mentioned prior to the owners departure and let the bike owner decide whether he wanted to pay the fee or not.
  19. The girl should've jumped out of the cab and screamed out rape. The cab driver would've shat himself and took off with out the fare
  20. My step daughter never went past primary school, no high school. She shacked up with a cashed up daddy whose 30 years older than her and several years later she obtained a business degree. I went to the graduation parade and there must've been a few thousand getting around in their graduation outfits. It dawned on me at the time that I didn't think there were that many smart people in the whole of Thailand.
  21. I've lived in Pattaya for 25 years and I wouldn't have a clue where it is and really I don't care. I've been told it's frequented by Thai politicians who are noted for their truth, especially the likes of Teflon Tony.
