    The Scots didn't have a vote. They have never been a member of the EU. UK were a member of EU. The UK voted to leave. If that really is a motivation for Scottish independence then they are being misled. Were Scotland to leave UK They would be out in the wilderness for many years before EU would even consider allowing them in.

    Assuming everyone carries a smartphone, which is not beyond the realms of possibility, that's 0.00915% of phone being stolen. Not common.

    I was asking your opinion. You posted the comments. Personally, with over 2million people travelling on the Tube per day, not to mention those that take buses, taxis etc, I wouldn't call 183 incidents "quite common".

    How many occurances make " quite common" and a "daily occurance"? It's never happened to me nor have I ever witnessed it. Can't say I know anyone to whom it has happened either.

    Remember that egg shells are porous. If you have strong smelling items in your fridge, such as durian or pla ra, your eggs will take on those aromas and will have some of the taste. No need to refrigerate. They will last well at room temperature so long as they have not been washed.

    Two best celebrations I've been to were two expat birthday parties where the celebrants were both twice my age. One time I was 38 the other I was 41. At our group's next meet up 90% of the guys will be over 70.

    I was referring to private pensions. Most expats I know have one. Usually one that matured when they were mid to late 50s.

    I can read, yes. He said he was sure he was at the right office but did not confirm. He did not just go on holiday, as the most recent post confirms. It was regular school break. If his contract does not state he must go in, he might have a case. Simple.

    Like I said, the labour office might think differently. If some foreign teachers were treated differently, as he gas mentioned in a recent post, he may have a case.
