  1. Not true. Bali has owned that title for 25 years or longer. It took me 2 hours to travel 2 km. in Legian on a motorbike. And 90% of the trip was on the sidewalk. It is beyond a nightmare. The people who make this a claim do not know what overcrowded is. They don't have a clue. Bali is horrendous. At least the SW third of the island. Phuket is busy and spoiled. I was there late last year, and never need to go back. Far too many unfriendly, nasty Russians for my taste. But, busy is a relative term.
  2. I travel to the US two or three, sometimes as many as four times a year. Usually for about a month each time, it's very pleasant, a nice change of pace. I get to see my friends and family and do cultural things that are not available here. At the end of one month I'm so ready to come back. I have a retirement visa and I plan on keeping it, as it's multiple entry, and it's very easy to travel with.
  3. Trump and Vance have no shame. They are so devoid of class. They belong together.
  4. Always remember one very important fact. You are a man. You have as much control as you are able to establish. You set the agenda. Time is always your ally. Not hers. She is almost always going to be in a hurry to make things happen. And if she is willing to come and stay with a guy she has never met before, she has more than likely been working as a bar girl, in a special massage parlor, or as an escort or freelancer. Very few real "civilians" would move that fast, nor be that forward. Buyer beware. And be good to yourself. Be a man. Leave behind the Western ways of emasculation. Whether it's a Philippina or Thailand woman, they tend to be quite jealous, and it requires a man to push back and to establish boundaries very early on, to make her aware of the fact that I don't do jealousy, and if you're going to do jealousy around me this is not going to work. Time is your ally, not hers. So she will push the timetable, and you need to push back. Take your time. If it is good, it will only get better, if there are issues, it takes time to see them and for them to play out. If you are unwilling to communicate about issues we have, then we have no chance. Zero, so do you understand that? Is it worth it to you, to deal with this? Because your avoidance and silence is intolerable. Do you get that? So she needs to adapt or move on. Tell her, look, I don't really need you, I like being around you, if things work great, but if you make this difficult for me I'm going to move on. They need to see, hear and feel that kind of pushback early on. Never, ever say I love you within the first year or two. You are able to determine whether or not this is a woman who is worthy of your time, and whether or not this is a woman who is capable of being the kind of person that you want to be with. If not, move on. It's really that simple.
  5. Their leather quality is very good. Mine has held up well, is very soft and comfy, and looks great. I was a little bit hesitant with the leather as I thought it might be too hot, but that hasn't been an issue, and on the really hot days we have the AC on in the living room anyway. Are you too far to visit the factory? It is likely worth it. We did, and we were able to see the entire selection, they showed us the leather sheets in the factory, and were very helpful.
  6. At moments it felt as if Harris was saying to Trump could you please prove to us that you're insane, there are still some people that do not doubt your sanity. I need you to act up and say some things to offer solid proof. And it was as if Trump said, okay I can do that, no problem, here I go. What can one say? Harris and the Dems could not have asked for a better result. Let's see what she can do with it now, let's see if the next few weeks show significant improvement in the polling.
  7. For millennium, men of great power and wealth have been able to take advantage of women who are attracted to great power and wealth. However, there's always a question of consentuality and that is likely where Trump stepped over the line on many occasions. It is just his nature to take advantage and use people, then throw them under the bus. That is just who and what he is. Yes he's powerful and yes he's wealthy, but he's also repulsive in appearance, he likely has tremendous body odor, and who would want to get naked with that man if they didn't absolutely have to?
  8. At the risk of sounding cold-hearted and unsympathetic, I am wondering how does one get injured by an automatic door? Was he standing in the path of the door checking his phone? What exactly happened here? This is the first time in my life I've heard of such an injury.
  9. That would be considered an act of selflessness, something that he never engages in, something he refuses to engage in.
  10. When you have both a presidential candidate and a VP candidate who both embrace lies and falsehoods, with nearly anything they say, that is a clear and present danger.
  11. Oh no, you can't talk about fat, if you say large size that's okay, if you say large beauty that's okay, but fat? No, no, no, that is very Not PC! Especially if it's America, they worship fat.
  12. They are busy, and I understand why they're so busy, as they make very high quality products at fair prices, so be persistent, it's worth it.
  13. Yes I do think it's only fair that the media fact check them both and I've seen a lot of that. One thing I do find amusing in reflection, was how easy Harris was able to bait Trump, especially with the comment about the crowd sizes at his rallies. He literally grabbed that bait like a comic book character, or a circus clown, and ran with it as if he were obeying her command to go completely off script. That was fun to watch. I think that's part of what makes him so dangerous as a president, is that he's so easy to manipulate, his ego is so fragile, and he's so thin-skinned, it makes him very easy to control. If you simply appeal to his sense of vanity he loves you. If you insult him he hates you. I have encountered cardboard boxes that are infinitely more complicated than this man.
  14. I could not agree more. I do have a lot of fun with my phone, I find it to be an incredibly useful tool, and I'm online a fair amount of time. But, I don't let it get in the way of my social life, and I moderate the amount of time that I use it. Alot of people these days don't seem to have that discipline, and it can be a rather destructive addiction.
  15. In general I would agree with you, however I purchased a sofa from these guys and I've had it for 6 years. I'm totally satisfied with it, the sofa was worth 100,000 and I paid 30,000 for it, so it comes highly recommended. Unless you can see the sofa in person, sit on it, and in my case make custom choices such as size, configuration, quality and color of the leather, etc., you have a snowball's chance in hell of being satisfied.
  16. I consider social media to be the most destructive force in contemporary culture today. Children are growing up now in a world where they expect immediate response, gratification and notification. Their brains no longer have time to evolve; they must adapt to change in an instant, and the results are distressing. The difficulties of growing up have never been so public. Social technology provides a platform where things can run wild. Imagine the stress of high school – the competition for popularity, the pressure to fit in, the judgmental nature of social activities – at an accelerated pace. We try to protect our children from wandering off into the darkness on their own, and it turns out they are doing exactly that – online. When they get older and “ready,” we send them off to college, where they face more pressures. But social media has an infamous dark side and the more people share, the more serious this side becomes. As it turns out, living your life online has serious consequences for your self-esteem, your relationships, and your career prospects. And it is a strong indication of just how bent, warped and misguided contemporary culture and society is, that someone can be considered an idol or celebrity just because they have alot of followers on Tik tok, Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. Personally, I consider social media to be the most corrosive and degenerate force in culture today, and they can be downright dangerous, on multiple levels.
  17. I visited the factory and I suspect that the prices might be lower, but I'm not sure about. If it's convenient for you try the one in Central and see what the prices are like. It might be more of a retail operation. I was initially skeptical about the quality, though they felt very solid. However after 6 years I can tell you that this couch is wearing very well and looks fantastic. They are built to last, and better yet, they are built for men of our size!
  18. Vance is the original race baiter. Does he have anything to back up his facts that HIV and other diseases are up? He is a man of such desperation. If Trump and Vance went home, locked themselves up, and did not say anything, or appear again until the election, they would have a better chance of winning. Otherwise, they shoot themselves in the foot daily, as they are both horrendously poor candidates and campaigners. And Vance really needs to avoid donut shops, and Trump really needs do avoid all contact with the military. They despise him, for many good reasons. As it stands now, I do not see them getting elected, thankfully. Anyone but Trump. Vance is such an unlikable person. He feels so fake and manufactured. if AI could create a VP for Trump, it might look like him, but it would be smarter, and more personable. This is classic. Walz vs Vance. A real, kind hearted gentleman, vs. an empty suit, trying to behave likeable, real human being. Have you seen the donut shop clip? https://youtube.com/shorts/xMECbdxn9uY?si=uzTXfjPWQuFIjIWx
  19. Are you planning to vote for Trump, and if you are planning to vote for Trump how can you say the truth matters?
  20. Putin has his number and likely has alot of kompromat on him. That would be very easy to accomplish. Kim has his number, as he has this bizarre attraction to the man. MBS has his number as Trump worships dictators and men with unlimited power and wealth. Bizarre how the only politician he mentioned by name was Orban. A true despot. People just do not understand how incredibly dangerous Donald Trump is, he is one of the greatest threats that the world faces. He has major anger issues, and could be easily manipulated to engage in some reckless and irreparable actions.
  21. No they do not have the resources, and no they do not have the organizational power, so that will not be done.
  22. I paid them around 30,000 as it was factory direct. Comparable couches retail, are 100,000 to 150,000 baht.
  23. You simply cannot say Trump and truth in the same sentence. And you cannot support Trump, and then pretend truth matters.
  24. My favorite quote from that article. Theoretically, all that stuff could have been fixed with a little more diligence and focus in the lead-up, but Mr Trump has always been a fundamentally lazy politician. He doesn’t care about details, and he doesn’t do his homework. He’s the kid at school who shows up on the day a book report is due and wings it without having read a single page. That was fine when the person opposite him was Joe Biden, himself too blunted by age to provide a challenge, or Hillary Clinton, reviled by a hefty chunk of the country, or even when he faced the other candidates for the Republican nomination in 2016, most of whom had as much charisma as a toaster. It wasn’t fine today. Kamala Harris, as you would expect from a former prosecutor, had quite obviously prepared meticulously for the debate. Of course she had. When you are a woman at the highest level of politics, you don’t get to skate by on bluster alone. So true. And a lazy man who refuses to prepare for a debate, would be a very dangerous president.
  25. Harris was cleverly baiting him, and he lost the plot. He started spinning. Not good for a debate. He was bloodied and beaten down. There were certainly some classic moments, nobody knew that lots of dogs and cats were being stir fried, and devoured in the Midwest by hungry and unruly immigrant populations. I was also unaware of the fact that Putin invaded Ukraine because the US withdrew from Afghanistan and left a lot of equipment behind, that came as a surprise to me. I also thought it was $7 billion worth of equipment, but Trump insisted it was $85 billion. I also found the claim that Russia will exit Ukraine either right after Trump is elected or possibly even before he even takes office, rather impressive. I was also very surprised to learn that if Harris gets elected Israel will cease to exist as a state within 24 months. I was also surprised to learn that both Harris and her father are practicing Marxists. But, then again all Democrats are Marxists and Communists, right? I was shocked to hear Trump's claim of Biden creating the highest unemployment since the Great Depression, however I looked it up and it was actually Trump that had 14.8%. Granted, some of that was due to Covid. I was very surprised to hear that they had a baby execution system in place in Virginia, however I looked into it and found out it was a statement that the former Governor, who is a doctor, had made about a nonviable fetus which is born, and then rather than put it on a useless life support system, the parent decides to let it go. I guess I understand the confusion as Trump himself doesn't really know where he stands on abortion, and since not putting a baby on life support which is not going to live anyway would not be considered an abortion that even adds to his confusion. I had no idea that Harris wants to support transgender operations on illegal aliens that are in prison that was absolutely shocking news that an ever reliable and honest Trump delivered. It was very refreshing to hear that Trump still has the biggest rallies in the history of politics and that nobody ever leaves his rallies early out of boredom. I had no idea that the companies that Trump imposed tariffs on, while he was president, paid the actual tariff on products that were imported into the US. That came as a complete surprise to me, I thought it was the American consumers that were paying the whole time, and was an added tax. And I also thought it contributed to inflation, and helped to start the current inflationary cycle. It was very shocking and alarming to hear that the immigrants that are coming into the US are coming directly from prisons and mental institutions. I had no idea that all these countries were emptying out their prisons and mental institutions and directing those people to travel to the US. Are they supplying them with GPS devices? I was shocked to hear that Harris was responsible for the January 6th attack on the capitol and that Nancy Pelosi did a poor job with security, so I had to look into it again, and I found out that the speaker of the house has no capacity when it comes to Capital Security, nor does she have any capacity to turn down a request for National guardsman.
