The ultimate deception. An outsider. Not part of the establishment. One of us. Oh, I forgot he is a billionaire. And he dislikes people who are not very rich.

Many of my friends who plan to vote for him refer to him as a degenerate, a liar and a thief. They know who he is. But, they like some of his positions. They say it is not about the man, it is about the issues.

Alot of my conservative friends admit what a subpar human being he is, yet they support some of his positions. Some have said they will vote for him, but they will hold their noses in disgust.

He stands to lose alot of his women supporters, if he goes off on her and becomes highly disrespectful, which he seems unable to resist. It is just who he is.

It is quite surprising how well the dems organized, and how quickly this all came together, after Biden gracefully bowed out. It seems to have taken Trump and the GOP off guard. Then again, Trump has never been very good at thinking on his feet. He lacks creativity, and shoots himself in the foot, when he goes off script. This is the beginning of the end for him. I predict a second election loss, and we all know that would crush him, and eliminate his toxic family from future politics. And the planet would celebrate such an event, with glee.

He certainly capitulated to Putin in his first term. He was Putin's lapdog. Same applies to Kim and MBS. He seems to adore despots, and he seems to deplore democracy. That is just who he is.

He is ancient. When he was a child, Moses was parting the Red Sea. Very few want him anymore. Everyone I know who liked him and his party, have moved on after he sold his soul and the party to the army, in exchange for a return without jail time and toxic army control, yet again. Whatever credibility he may have had before, is long gone now.

I tend to agree with you that she's the only choice whether or not she makes a fine president remains to be seen but it doesn't matter how bad she is there's no way she could be as bad as Trump, especially a second term of Trump.

The downhill decline of the American Empire started 40 years ago and is simply continuing, regardless who gets elected. There's no way Trump is going to turn it around, especially with his protectionist import policies. If anything that's going to have the opposite effect and put a huge damper on economic growth.

And if you start to take into account the massive and historic correction that is coming, and that is unavoidable, whoever gets elected is going to preside over some pretty dark times. And they will likely be blamed for it though the genesis of it started a long time ago, and the enormous amount of hot air in the grossly over inflated economic balloon eventually had to be released.

I completely agree with that, and I'm not taking sides. I think both sides are a freak show, and I think it's somewhat symptomatic of a nation and a culture that has been gorging on reality TV for two decades, and more recently TikTok, the most toxic social media platform ever invented. It is dumbing down the population to an extraordinary degree. America has never been dumber, in it's history.

I might agree with some of what you said if she was running against anyone but Trump, but in my opinion I've never seen a bigger airhead running for office in my lifetime, and I'm including Mondale and Dukakis. I think he's a worse candidate than both of them. He is a highly skilled huckster and charlatan, and he definitely has an awful lot of people under his spell. But he is semi-senile, an old 78, a narcissistic sociopath, (look it up, he has all 10 classic qualities of one), and I believe he's melting down and he's going to lose this thing.

Not at all, I lived in California during the time she was district attorney in San Francisco and attorney general in California, and I disagreed with a lot of her policies. I thought that a lot of her tough crime policies were grossly unfair, and I had a lot of issues with her. I also question how effective she was as vice president, though an argument could easily be made that very few vice presidents accomplish all that much. Having said all that, I will take anyone but Trump. So I'm happy to support her and I'm happy to vote for her, unless somebody else is selected, which looks very doubtful. I do have to give her credit, she has picked up the ball and run with it very quickly, and she has caught Trump completely off guard with his pants down around his ankles. It is really fun to watch him panicking.

I have absolutely no doubt that when Trump loses this election, which he likely will, he will claim massive voter fraud, he will contest the election, and he won't go down without a fight. In the process he will continue to create division, he will continue to foster more hatred, and he will continue to try to create a civil war in America.

Thank you, a voice of reason in the wilderness of delusion. Nobody wants Leninism, nobody wants Marxism, and it has failed everywhere it has been attempted. Equating American democrats with Marxism is something that people with very little education, or people who hate reading tend to do. My suggestion is that they try to wean themselves off extremist podcasts for at least a few days a month.
