    Have 16" Mitsubishi and sharp fans, they are pretty quiet. The larger fan size 18" are quite noisy on the higher settings. Go into Big C, LotusS or Home Pro and try them out before buying.

    Found this website Plumber Prapaexpert of a plumbing company which services Bangkok area. They seem to claim on their website they have equipment and expertise to detect water leaks and claim to be foreigner managed. Don't know if you have contacted them already but maybe worth contacting to discuss with them the details and if they are willing to assist.

    Try another network SIM provider True, AIS or TOT? DTAC for me has always buffered when streaming on certain web sites whereas True and TOT do not.. Does NT Telecom (TOT) service your area?

    Banking works just fine. Really strange as usual, foreigners residing temporarily in Thailand where most things work and then whinging about everything even signing a few bits of paper.
