Not that I recall. Most stuff I order there is less than $100 so this might not be a good indicator. Deliveries from AliExpress take about 2 weeks. Their consumer protection is vastly superior to lazada or shopee.

I use shopee exclusively as the lazada experience is lacking in a number of areas. Shopee is easy. Log in, do your search, then run google translate on the page. Works remarkably well. AliExpress is my #1 choice if the needs are not immediate.

Need a specialist? First see your GP in a month, then get referred to the specialist where you might get an initial consult in 6 months. Then if you need some procedure you can wait years. At least in the US, if you're insured, you can get things done relatively quickly. What they need is single payer to cover the uninsured.

The picture you posted shows a combo box that does 2 things. First it's a power bar. Second its a usb power adapter. The power bar part is usable. Amps are what's important there, not volts.
