Foreign Tourists Caught in Intimate Acts on Tuk-Tuk During Traffic Jam
Tropicalevo replied to webfact's topic in Phuket News
Yet more Thai perverts filming innocent tourists and then posting the incident on-line -
Homeowner Wakes to Find Home Ablaze in Sattahip
Tropicalevo replied to Georgealbert's topic in Pattaya News
Well done to the Firemen. Those other houses are packed in a tad close. -
Dog's Loud Barking Drives Neighbour to Shoot Man Next Door
Tropicalevo replied to webfact's topic in Pattaya News
I think that you will find bad neighbours in every country. Most of my neighbours here are brilliant, with the exception of a French guy. Thai neighbours, no trouble at all. -
Brilliant job. Very inventive. The panic shown on the shop's CCTV is quite impressive as well. Well done Israel. Yes, it is tough when an innocent child is injured, but reap what ye sow Hezbollah. Your attacks are mostly aimed at innocent people. (Better publicity for you?) Next?

Two Iranian Thieves Arrested for Targeting Chinese Tourists in Bangkok
Tropicalevo replied to webfact's topic in Bangkok News
Are these the same two thieves that stole from the Pakistani gent that was robbed, as reported in AN yesterday? Same MO. -
Dog's Loud Barking Drives Neighbour to Shoot Man Next Door
Tropicalevo replied to webfact's topic in Pattaya News
At least the dog is OK. I have three dogs living next door to me, and sometimes at night, they bark. A lot. And it can be annoying. When I check the CCTV, it is usually because someone (or another dog) is walking around the area. I am happy for the dogs to bark. Now and again (very rare), someone in the area has money stolen from their house. No one in the street where I live has had anything stolen. Bark away doggies and thank you for protecting the neighbourhood..- 58 replies

PM Paetongtarn Faces Threat with Impeachment Over Cabinet Pick
Tropicalevo replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Hmm. Yet when a recent illegal military government appointed a convicted drug smuggler as a minister, that was allowed. Note to the CC - Surapong has not been found guilty of anything - yet. -
Social Media Outrage as Tourists Blatantly Urinate on Pattaya Beach
Tropicalevo replied to webfact's topic in Pattaya News
Why is it that Thai perverts love to take photos of foreigners in a state of undress or carrying out normal bodily functions, and then post them on the internet. Yet foreigners do not take photos of Thais doing the same things (or worse). -
Here on Samui they do go round checking - especially in the area where I live (lots of rental properties). Folk that I know have been taken to the immigration office because they had no TM 30. Luckily we were ably to help their landlord to register and process one PDQ. They were in the system by the time they were called to the desk (there was a long queue in front of them).

I use Adblock Plus and Adblock ultimate - no issues with the problem that you describe BUT on some sites, my VPN does cause that problem. Switch the VPN off and problem gone.

If your wife does all of the online banking, just give her your password details and your phone. She can then transfer all of the money from your account to hers. This is what I did when my wife died. I used to do all of the online banking and so I had access to her bank account. All of our 'joint' money was there (she earned more than I did). My account was for running the business. When my wife died, I just transferred everything to my account. No one automatically tells the bank when an account holder dies. I asked my lawyer if this was a problem and the response was - 'no - everyone does it.'

Less than 40 million Thais expected to join digital wallet scheme
Tropicalevo replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
I would think that the real number of needy Thais without smartphones is higher than that. Are Homeless Thais not included? Difficult to participate in a digital wallet without a smartphone. -
Thai residents flooded with massive bills, demand monthly relief
Tropicalevo replied to webfact's topic in Isaan News
Stupid is someone who writes comments like the above. No one believed that the water was free, the water authority just stopped sending the usual monthly bills without an explanation. The lady had to contact the water authority to find out what was going on - after the event. -
Tornado Wreaks Havoc in Phatthalung, Damages Homes
Tropicalevo replied to Georgealbert's topic in Southern Thailand News
That was certainly a pretty powerful storm. Glad that everyone was OK (no reported deaths or injuries). -
Ukrainian Woman and Friend Report Motorcycle Rental Scam in Pattaya
Tropicalevo replied to webfact's topic in Pattaya News
This was a common scam back in the day here on Samui. Rent a car or bike, straight on the ferry and up to Bangkok never to be seen again. Easy to stop though. Now, all rental bikes and cars have stickers. If you take a rental on the ferry, you need a letter from the owner. -
Polling Agency Petitioned to Probe PM’s Mini-Heart Gesture
Tropicalevo replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Yet when Prayut made the same gesture, no one said a thing. Strange that. -
Violent Brawl Between Drunk Australian Tourists Shocks Pattaya
Tropicalevo replied to webfact's topic in Pattaya News
Pattaya must be on a different time zone to where I live. Looking at the shadows and the daylight in the photo and the video, that would be in the afternoon here. Just saying. -
From what I read, I would guess that she is not enjoying living in the UK. Most Thai ladies that I know do not want to live in big houses, unless there are staff there to look after them. Big houses need more cleaning.
