In the context of this conflict they are unlikely to be used against targets in Ukraine, but more likely against Ukrainian forces in Russia. One of the reasons for the Ukrainian offensive is to demonstrate that his nuclear threats are a bluff.

A feeble comparison. The Russian invasion of Ukraine is just as unacceptable, to me, as the 2003 invasion of Iraq was to me. I would not have been disturbed if the forces that did that had been pushed back to their start lines. I will be delighted when Russia has been pushed back to its start lines.

"Developing/Developed Nation" is an economic term.........the nature of its governance has nothing to do with it. China and Russia are both developed. Thailand is a developing?/developed? nation whose governance is equivalent to that of a banana republic.
